Long's Guns and Ammo

So far I've bought three firearms from this store and I'll probably use them every time I want another one. I've had 2 others shipped there for ffl transfers and the price for the transfer was definitely less than I've paid at other stores. The staff is friendly and helpful, they certainly know their way around firearms. I was even given a free magazine when I bought an ar15 that was a 35 dollar mag. Their prices are pretty reasonable, and while the ammo may be a little overpriced for certain types, the atmosphere and customer service make it well worth it. All in all, an excellent gun store and one I will definitely be returning to.

Can’t comment on any aspect of it being a pawnshop but if you’re looking for a gun shop, just go somewhere else you ask one question and the owners huffing and puffing at you like you’re supposed to know everything about a gun you’re looking at and not supposed to ask questions Whatever his problem is, he doesn’t need to take it out on his customers and this is coming from somebody who has bought more than five guns at his location on separate occasions, but never again

I went into the store on Monday to purchase two firearms. The staff was a joke. The lady in the front forced herself to speak, while the two gentlemen in the back refused to even make eye contact with me. We stayed in the store looking at the firearm case for about 5 minutes until we got upset and left. I guess they didn't want to make any money. We went to Kernersville to Idols Gun Rack, and those guys were awesome. As soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted and helped. We left with two firearms, bullets, cases, and extra clips. Let this be a lesson to you all at Longs Gun and Ammo. It doesn't hurt to say HELLO HOW CAN WE HELP YOU ALL TODAY.

Figured on checking out a new store got there within the posted store hours store was closed what a waste of an hour trip
