Embassy Coffee

Years ago I used to come here when this building was a bar in downtown Mishawaka. Now I love love the peaceful, relaxed atmosphere of Embassy coffee. The staff is always friendly, polite and helpful. The food is amazing. And the coffee is delicious.

Enjoy coming by in the morning to do a little editing. Playlist are always on point and service is awesome!! Def recommend the Iced Chai!!

Embassy Coffee has everything I look for in a coffee shop: the coffee is incredible, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is perfect. I often come to here to work or meet up with friends. It's always busy but never overwhelming. It is, without a doubt, my favorite coffee shop in the South Bend Mishawaka area.

Seriously the best coffee you will ever have. The beans are roasted with such care it really is a piece of art what he does. The coffee is smooth and never bitter. And that's not to mention they make all the syrups for thier lattes in house. The bourbon carmel is my favorite. I can can never go back to any other coffee.

What an inviting space to enjoy a cup of coffee, have conversation, or knock out some work! The lattes (Bourbon Caramel, Gingerbread) are fantastic. The only negative I would give Embassy is that the drinks don't last long enough. We always look forward to going to Embassy!

The Bourbon Carmel Latte is delicious. I usually only drink black coffee, as sugared flavoring taste fake. However this particular latte - is AMAZING. The food is outstanding, I love this new Mishawaka coffee shop!

I'm writing this in response to a negative review (troll). First of all, Sway didn't give free refills, so not sure what they mean.

Embassy doesn't have drip on the menu, they don't serve a basic house coffee on the brewer. They have a ground control vacuum brewer that costs a lot, I'm sure. It's not a basic brewer that you'd use for drip coffee. They rotate a single origin coffee they want to have featured on the that vacuum brewer, like the "Anaerobic Costa Rican Natural" for example. it's INSANE... white wine, mango, and cherry notes. At most cafes they would cost around $8 for a cup. At embassy it's $5.25 i think or somewhat close to that. This isn't a refill place. It's a top-notch high-quality seed-to-table (or cup) coffee shop.

I guess if you're into over-processed, burnt coffee, head to Starbucks (which also does NOT do refills last time I checked). There are plenty of other cafes that provide basic run-of-the-mill drip style refills. That's not what Embassy is about.

If you're looking for the best quality, go to Embassy Mishawaka or Goshen. It's that simple, if you ask me.

Delicious espresso, minimalist interior … this hit on all the markers of a great third wave coffee shop. Definitely would come back.

I grabbed coffee here several times a week My favorite is the bourbon caramel latte and doing the assembly line breakfast burrito or their breakfast sandwich !
