Geek Squad

I called shortly before closing with an iPhone issue. Stephanie told me to come right down. She replaced my screen under warranty and the phone now works perfectly. There is no sign the phone was ever taken apart, it still looks like new. I am very pleased. She did an excellent job! Having this service locally is very convenient..... and it sure beats a trip to Syracuse!

Geek Squad in Best Buy was able to swiftly and professionally upgrade my MacBook Air successfully! Thankyou Michael and the rest of the Geek Squad!

I have used the Geek squad at the New Hartford New York Best Buy many times. They are always helpful, courtious, and knowledgeable. Today Jon helped me, and he was efficient, thorough, and fun to work with. Well done Geeks!!

Ordered a computer online. N to have it downloaded n started. For ready pick up. Paid for everything to have this done. Came in to get it told me to make an appointment for this. Just waNted it checked in to have this done. They was rude a guy with half purple hair n an African American was rude also. I have been waiting. He has a customer going through a tablet finished with that n then she said she was having a problem withher phone instead of telling her to make an appointment he proceeded with working on the phone. No other appointments are here another guy had an appointment later n he was picking up a computer so he helped him also. Still waiting to just check in this computer for downloads. Waited for almost an hour. I also have an appt at 340 but won't take me early. How stupid their policy is!!!! That's was pretty rude to take someone who had a later appt

I was never allowed to repair my own phone screen, as my boyfriend didnt want me to break my phone more. However, when a can of sauce took an extended tumble from the top of my pantry all the way down onto the floor when my brother had proceeded to spartan kick me in the back I decided to call geek squad (using my old phone) and as far as the call had went, it was stupendous ! Once I had taken to time out of my day to drive 45 mins to stand in line for another 40 while this woman's coworker spent all of his time tackling other clients like a fat boy eating cake, she had finally graced me with her presence by walking out of the break room, just to tell me she couldn't fix my phone (Because my phone was completely paid for already), there was no one else who could do it but another best buy nothing short than a 2 hours drive from there (I had passed an even cheaper, better place to repair my phone on the way there), and that I had spoke to a robot over call (Even though her coworker knew immediately what I was there for and told her my entire drivers manual for my car) Was hoping to get my phone repaired, however I received an aneurysm instead trying not to tell her to be for real. Great for wanting another reason to hate on geek squad, bad for actual help

Absolutely the worst. Why pay for a warranty If they cancel the orders on you without telling you. I placed an order for a replacement charger for a laptop on 3/25 two days after it was canceled with no notice. For the past two months I have called to inquire about the order and they have only told me to be patent it is on the way.

Changed my review from 5 stars to one. When I was talked into getting a Best Buy credit card to save 10% on my puchase which was nice. I was not told there was an annual fee for this card of $59 per year. This is important information that should be made clear to the customer before signing them up for this card.
