There's already a million reviews about Andrew but if you call and he picks up rest assured your problem will be resolved quickly and painlessly. On top of this, he is very friendly and easy to talk to, and even taught me a lot about networks, including a lot of procedures to test and fix my own issues in the future. Awesome dude who totally deserves a raise and extra PTO. Thanks for the help Andrew!!

Andrew was fantastic in assisting me with a pressing issue that revolved around having to get my internet back up in a extremely prompt time - Andrew and Dustin were incredible in walking me through step by step how to fix the issue without tech support having to come out which was awesome. Appreciate those guys a lot !

We went today to return our streaming device and because we were having issues with our account. Aili (who had been amazing on the phone a few weeks ago) and Andrew were incredibly helpful and kind! They fixed everything for us, and provided some snacks and drinks and chatted with us while we waited. I've never had better customer service or professional interactions in the East Lansing area! STELLAR, if you're seeing this, give those two a raise or a bonus - they really went above and beyond!

This is a big shout out to Asia in Tech Support who went so far out of her way to help me get our wifi up and running. Literally going online to research a 3rd party piece of equipment that was installed in our Townhouse that Stellar did not service. She was so patient and kind as we worked through the app together! By far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had across any industry. Hey Stellar, give Asia a promotion and a raise! She is fantastic and a great representative for your brand.

I had great WiFi from Stellar. In 3 years, service only went out twice (once for 20 minutes, once for 1 day). Their Customer Service team members were positive and helpful. I recommend them, if they’re in your area.

I just moved into a building that uses stellar and while I can't yet comment on the wifi I have to say that the customer service is amazing. I had the pleasure of speaking with Asia and she was kind, knowledgable and patient! I can't thank her enough for her help today.

While I had my doubts about stellar internet and their costumer service due to previous confusion setting up Internet through my apartment complex I was happily surprised by Andrews promptness and readiness in solving my issue. Thank you!

I would like to complement technical support employee Aili. She was a great help today in getting my Internet set up. She was professional, and walked me through the process after I picked up my cable modem from the office! I wish more people were as patient and kind as her! Thank you very much!

ANDREW IS AMAZING!!! He solved our wifi problem that we had been dealing with for FIVE days! I rely on the internet for work and it was very frustrating. My technician, Jose James, was great to work with. He came back several times to help fix an issue and install cable in my apartment. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his job.
