Fantastic operation! Sherrie, Sean and Gabbi have all been great to work with and the communication is outstanding. I've dealt with other body shops at car dealerships and the headaches that come with trying to work with those places. The best experience I have ever had with a bodyshop. After I hit a deer I was referred by someone to caliber collision. From the beginning shawn made everything as easy as possible and always kept me informed on how things were going with my car. The whole team at the Macedon location is amazing and they made my car look brand new! Highly recommended them.

My van was hit by a car and this person's car insurance State Farm gave me a choice who to go to so I chose another company to do the work however, while they were working on my van they had also damaged my van in 3 other areas. Between that garage and State Farm for a year I was being given the run around. The other garage lied about what they did and State Farm was refusing to pay for those damages to be fixed which was per their policy. Finally I was given the ok through proof of what happened to take my van to Caliber. Shaun had fought with State Farm to help me get my van taken care of. Not only did he stand up for me he and his team did an amazing jod in their work and on how fast they got my van back to me! I can't thank this team enough for all they have done for me!! Caliber team and Shaun you guys are the best, thank you again for all that you guys do!!!☺☺☺

I can't recommend Caliber Collision enough. My insurance directed me to Caliber with my claim, and it couldn't have worked out better. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and transparent about the process and repairs. I even received daily text updates in the morning letting me know the progress and status of my truck's repairs. Was supposed to take a week or more, but was done in 3.5 days! While i hope to not clip a deer in the future, if i do I know where I will be going.

Caliber made this experience so easy! I hit a deer and had some significant damage to the front end and drivers side. They took my vehicle in right away and had the repairs done within a week. I was in a scenario where Caliber was going to make $0. They knew it and I knew it. Despite that, Sherry and Gabbi were so incredibly helpful. They were both a breath of fresh air in what was a very frustrating process (none of the frustration was with Caliber).

I dont live in Macedon, but if I ever need collision work done, I will take my business to Caliber in Macedon.
