Every visit that I make to the Willingboro Post Office is pleasant. I always go to the Korean gentleman & I say hello & thank you to him in Korean; he smiles when I speak his language & that Po stal Worker is always very nice to me.

I went there looking for specialty stamps, and they didn't have them, but the postal clerk at the desk said she would follow up on it for me. Sure enough, she called me, and although they didn't have them, she directed me to where I could get them, and who I could ask for when I got there! Listen to me Willingboro Post Office: you have a tremendous asset there in Angie; customer service like that is phenomenal! I don't know her last name, but you do, so it is imperative that she is recognized as the valuable employee that she is. A bonus, a raise, a promotion, an all expenses paid trip, covering her kid's college tuition, a medal of honor....something!

I have always received excellent service from the staff. The workers are not responsible for not having
enough employees. The staff here is professional and very courteous.

Usually delivery is great but today my mail was left outside on top of a decoration. It was not put under anything to make sure it was secured. It was very windy and about to rain so it could blown away if I didn’t come out when I did.
I tried calling to post office at 4:32PM and to no avail no answer. It’s supposed to be opened until 5:00PM according to the website.
Hopefully, I won’t experience this again.
