Garbonzo's Pizza

The Pizza was phenomenal. The salad was great as well. Just know, the salad bar is 10 bucks. Not enough on the bar to make it a 10 dollar salad but, it was good for what they had. Service was fast and prompt. The atmosphere was clean and relaxing. Had a great first time experience there.

Absolutely a great experience. The food was incredible and the staff fun and friendly. I have got to tell you about the wings. OMG they were honestly the best I have ever had. Slightly crunchy, a little spicy and served with home made ranch dressing.

My wife had a meat ball sandwich delicious and cheesy. Good cheese.

We also had an everything pizza. One of the best pizzas I have had. At least in the top 10. This place is a must do

. Atmosphere is also super cool here.

They also serve Monkey Balls here so good

This was the first time dinning in we usually order and pick up. The pizza has always been excellent. The service was fantastic. Definitely recommend trying their pizza.

So, so good!! Absolutely loaded with toppings, flavorful and sad we don't live near a Garbonzo's anymore. Zero disappointments: Fresh salad bar items, super service, great thick regular crust AND a real gluten-free crust -- not that pre-made flat disc you get everywhere else!!! Will absolutely be a must-visit when we're in the area. (Gluten-free veggie pictured.)

Great service, great pizza and really good prices. Cheaper than fast food and made our 2 pizza order faster than a fast food restaurant

Ever since my kids moved to the neighborhood and I discovered this little joint, I've been a fan. I have been to the Garbanzo's in Middleton many times in the past but the one in Caldwell is far superior. The owner and staff are friendly and the service is reminiscent of how customer service used to be. The place is clean and it appears they're always changing things up to improve the place.
The food is consistently excellent and I'm a bit of a pizza snob, so that's a big deal! My fave is the Bob Marley but everything is good!

I wish there were half star options but I'll go for the higher rating rather than the lower rating because the only negative of our experience was the cost. This was our first time visiting here. First impressions were great. The place is new, impeccably clean, has super comfy table and chairs, etc. The menu has plenty of options too. Salad bar was nice but could use a few more options. I love that their dressings and dry toppings were in pour bottles which made them so much easier to use and less messy. We ordered a fairly simple pizza- 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 Hawaiian. Oh my goodness! It exceeded my expectations! Highest quality pizza I've had in any pizza place here in Idaho. Toppings were plentiful, not skimpy. The crust was thicker than I like but that's just my personal preference, it still tasted amazing. All in all, it was a wonderful experience but again, the price seemed excessive. $55 (not including tip) for one large rather simple pizza, two salads, and three drinks. It was worth trying once but cost is the only reason we won't likely return. AND- when I asked the cashier if there were cups or something to put some ranch dressing in for our pizza, she said we had to pay extra for it. $60 for the meal and we don't even get ranch? Thanks, but no thanks.

Very Good Pizza, The dough is nicely done and sauce is outstanding. The only thing I would change is the location is in a Weird spot. Parking kinda sucks but this is One of the Better Pizzerias in Caldwell.

Best Pizza in Caldwell.! Great little neighborhood restaurant..! The staff works with diet restrictions and can accommodate large parties with advanced notice !

Delicious garlic chicken pesto pizza. Garlic monkey bread knots are 9 month old approved! The atmosphere has a personal twist on it. Was dining in during a BSU game and it wasn't loud or a crazy wait time.

Best Pizza place in Caldwell hands down. The pizza is consistently delicious and the service is always pleasant. I haven't eaten in but they always are super quick. They also have really good ranch and salad. We have had their pepperoni, everything and vegetarian pizza which I recommend. They're also considerate with my requests to substitute ingredients- I am pregnant and have had some food aversions and although I didn't share this info, they were kind and didn't treat my requests like a hassle which I so appreciate.

Delicious fresh pizza and cheese bread, kind staff, and lots of different decorations to look at.

The children games are fun but the claw games are difficult to win because the prizes are bigger then the claw.

All of their pizzas are great, but my most favorite hands down is the country chicken!

Couldn’t even get a picture before we all started digging in. This is the country chicken pizza. Amazing sauce and crust. VERY cheesy. Super filling I could only eat one slice. Overall 10/10

Best tasting gluten free crust around. I can't speak to preparation and avoiding cross contamination because I didn't ask. I had the Bob Marley one night and it was so good I went to get the Country Chicken (both GF) the next day for lunch and they were amazing. Staff is very friendly and there is a nice atmosphere. Played Cruisin' USA arcade while we waited for our pizza. Will definitely be going back!

(Edited: the GF crust is now different unfortunately due to supply chain. It's still good but isn't the best. Keeping all 5 stars for great service 👌)

I recently used Garbanzo's in Caldwell for a large lunch order. This was a last minute decision and we were feeding 20+ clinical staff. Jared (owner) and his crew were amazing! He was quick on the phone, my order was precise, and when I showed up he was cool, calm and collected. Even helped me carry 15 pizza's out to my car! Thank you, Jared! You helped make our opening day perfect, and we had very happy providers! I personally come here for my pizza cravings and we love it. Be sure to visit if you haven't...

My husband is addicted to the wings. We both love the pizza, and spaghetti is delicious!
Highly recommended.
