Oye has been very helpful and provided very friendly service in securing and completing our reservation, even as we’ve made a million changes, missed our initial check in deadline, and pricing changed in the system. He honored our reservation pricing and is very nice to deal with. The property and units are very clean, secure, and have cameras. Excellent experience all around.

The manager, Oye, was very helpful and it was evident he placed a high value on customer service. He made us feel welcome and did a great job explaining our options and finding the right size unit for us. Facility was nice and clean.

So happy with the service I received! We only needed the storage space for a week in between house closings and they helped me find the right size and gave me a price that wasn't through the roof! I personally dealt with Jamekia, who was such a nice face and personality to see at the front desk.

Stephanie rented us a unit for the last year and a half. She was always great. Great security measures on premises to ensure our stuff was always safe. Clean and nice units. Would definitely use them again if needed.

Jesse was SO helpful!!! He made my moving/storage experience super easy. Although moving is a very stressful process (hate it), the service I received made the process much easier. His friendly demeanor definitely lightened my mood! And not only that, he was very knowledgeable, providing me with every detail of the facility. He even advised me on some packing materials that came in handy. (Do pick up one of their plastic mattress covers! During the move, my movers placed my mattress on the ground several times. Yuck! This saved the side of my mattress.) I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. There isn’t a storage company in North MS that compares to their facilities or customer service.

The Ladies at this location were very profession, kind, accomadating, and knowledgeable. I had a bad experience with prior management when it was Compass Storage last year. But, my experience today was great. The set up was fast and easy. Got the first month free too!

First off, the woman in the front office is extremely polite, friendly, and very humorous. She helped us pick out the perfect unit to meet our needs and clearly explained all aspects of renting and the paperwork involved. As for the units they are just as great! Very modern, and easy to access. Units are kept clean and well maintained. These units also come at a very fair and affordable price. I highly reccomend this buisness.

Stephanie Fleming and Jessie Kimp are extremely courteous and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about unit sizes and helped me find the most suitable unit. The process was very painless and swift and also the storage fees are very reasonable! I highly recommend this place for all storage needs!
