Casey's

I liked the customer service. The pizza & other yummy treats that come out of Casey's kitchen are mostly pretty good. The store carries a large variety of snacks & and drinks. The fuel pumps work well & the parking lot, the store including restrooms, are clean, & kept up.

Clean and Friendly

Stopped in while visiting Advent Health across the street, plenty of choices in the glass warmers, not over the top WOW but not horrible either, average but always appreciated to have the choice when there is literally no where else around for miles. Store was clean, clerk must have been having a bad say, she doesn't smile or seem the least bit personable even when I'm being friendly and polite, got the feeling she was seriously inconvenienced just ringing up my order. I get that it gets busy at times and you deal with a lot of people, but it leaves room for a little improvement.

If you're looking for a gas station that offers a great selection of food and snacks, Casey's is a top pick. The hot food options are always fresh and delicious, with a wide range of choices to suit any taste. Whether you're in the mood for a breakfast sandwich, pizza, or a sandwich, they've got you covered. And if you have a sweet tooth, their donuts are a must-try.

In addition to the hot food, Casey's also has a great selection of snacks. From chips to candy to jerky, they have something for everyone. The shelves are always well-stocked, so you don't have to worry about them running out of your favorite snack. The staff has always been great when I go in.

The only downside is their early closing time, as they close at 10 pm.

If your open until 10 why close 5 minutes early if there are vehicles in the parking lot? Come on now

Went to use the air pump, it convenient to use a card that's fine, but the cost is misleading. $1.75 on the sticker but it's $2.50 using the card and it charged my card $3.00.

This was the worst experience. I came into this Casey's to get my son some snacks and he picked the 2.5oz pringles which were marked buy one get one free, so we grabbed two went to the register and it did not discount them at all. When I asked the clerk Sofia about not receiving the discount she stated if I cannot scan it I cannot do the discount I stated I can show you what it says she stated she couldn't give the discount. So I had to take one off since she did not want to do her job. Of course my son was unhappy. I called and spoke to another clerk and he was no help. I will go to another Casey's this is ridiculous!

I have gone there on several occasions and they always seem to be out of the fountain sodas that I want. Last week, same as this week, in two separate machines. I told the clerk both times. Neither seemed to care. I wanted ranch dressing to go with my lunch & they're consistently out of it. I grabbed a blue cheese one instead this time...turns out it is expired by nearly 3 months. Yuck!

Old food in the warmers that are not marked what type of pizza they are, nor do they have any timestamps. Pretty sure this is a health code violation. Asked the girl behind the counter when some fresh pizza was coming out and she said “There isn’t.”

Went in this morning to grab a quick bite to eat and something to drink to help me wake up before going to work. I went and grabbed an energy drink from the cooler and then proceeded to go browse over the breakfast pizza slices. There was a very limited selection to choose from. After I finally decided on the best 2 slices I could pick from I went to stand in line. Their was another customer already standing there waiting. We stood there waiting for anyone to even acknowledge us. Meanwhile, we both noticed an employee back in the kitchen working so finally the customer in front of me hollered over at her to see if there was anyone else working that could wait on us. She didn't even speak and proceeded to point at one of the offices. So, we continued to wait. I'd say we stood there for 10-15 minutes. Finally, we both decided we had waited long enough and proceeded to walk out without any of the items we wanted to purchase.

I was extremely excited to hear they had decided to build a Casey's not even 5 minutes from my house. This location has gone completely downhill. Management sucks, employees suck, food sucks. Very poor customer service.

This is hands down the worst Casey's I have ever been to in my life and I grew up on Casey's. There is never any food here and if there is it's undercooked nasty Pizza. The floors are always dirty. There has been drinks stacked beside the wall for it seems like months now. Every employee there seems like they hate their job and the management is the worst part. One time I walked in at 6:05 when they are supposed to be open at 6. didn't notice the lights were off but the door was unlocked so I grabbed my drink and walked up to the front counter and the manager a 40 something-year-old rough looking woman said while she was walking up "You would think if the lights are off not to come in." Then I asked her what time do you open to which she responded 6:00 so I was wondering what the issue was. It's not just me employees that I have at my work. Also complain about this Casey's. Whoever owns this Casey's should really think about rehiring all new management.

I used to come in here every Friday 4:30 to get a slice of pizza. I do not know what happened but the last three Fridays absolutely no pizza, no sandwiches no food at all.

I was told sorry but we're too busy with all the online orders. I've seen the other reviews on here from months ago with the same issue and nothing has been resolved.

It's not like they're short on help. There could be 4 people standing there on their phone or talking to each other. Here's an idea how about delegating your employees to do their job instead of not doing anything.

Anybody ever hear of backup? Why aren't there backed up pizzas ready to go or started earlier? Why are there no sandwiches made earlier as backup so they can be filled instead of waiting until it's entirely empty?

I'm sure the problem will not get fixed since other reviewers have complained months ago and now it's worse

Stopped in for lottery tickets. Sign on the door says "cards only" I go inside, and no one is at the counter. One man waiting to pay and a lady walking out the door shaking her head. Found out they had dollars, but no coins for change.

Saw two workers out back on smoke break. Trash cans out front overflowing. Come one get with it.

Place is never clean, sent corporate a message and nothing! Mold on walls, mold on floor, mold on drink fountain and coffee has build up all over.

Worse pizza I have ever had. Ordered a taco pizza and the kid who made it must not have known what is in a taco.
It looked like a left over hamburger pizza with a few soggy Doritos and soggy lettuce. The pizza hardly had any sauce and no taco sauce. I'd love to have my money back, but I paid cash so I can't dispute. I won't be back.

LAST TIME I EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. Ordered pizza it was 25 minute late. Little bushy headed dude REFUSES to put any sauce on the pizza for THE THIRD TIME. Ordered garlic dipping sauce all three times and I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN ANY BUT THEY SURE CHARGE ME. The front cashier girl is lazy and doesn’t want to be bothered with customers. WORST CASEYS EVERRR!!! Don’t bother responding with “ We’re so sorry this is not how we represent our Casey’s” YES IT IS!!!!!!

Numerous times. Order a pizza online. Says it will be ready in 15 minutes. Show up 15 minutes later and pizza has not even been made. Happens every time. Online information needs to be in real time, it’s not even close.
