AT&T Store

I have been a customer of AT&T since I moved to Lawrence since 01. My first interaction with an in person representative was Jason W. Over the 20+ years of being a customer, I have often thought of leaving AT&T for better specials, deals or what not. But I can’t leave AT&T because of Jason and his commitment to excellent service. Even when he was at other locations, he would still deliver the best customer personalized service a customer could want.

I would assume at some time, greater offers will come his way and he may have the opportunity to move on from AT&T. That would be a great loss to the company. And if that happens, that will be the exact moment AT&T will lose my business. My advice, would be to keep him with the company as long as possible. Great employee retention leads to great customer retention.

Dayshaun was such a great help in getting solutions for my personal and business needs. He was patient, knowledgeable and made sure everything was in good working order before I left the store. I really appreciated the service I received from him.

Jason is fantastic! He is patient, and tries his best to help me (older person, not tech savvy) and SUCCEEDS! All of my problems have been resolved because of him. I so much appreciate seeing Jason whenever I walk in because I know he will help me.

Most excellent. I was trying to use a replacement phone which had not received info from old phone. Antonia S resolved all issues in a patient and respectful manner. She went above and beyond to sync my phone, iPad and MacBook Pro. Give this young woman a raise.

We have been here many times to get my husband's phone fixed and a few people have told us they couldn't fix it because it was not fully charged. Kyrie took his phone and had it fixed in just a few minutes. He took his time to explain what was happening and was very kind and knowledgeable. Extremely impressive young man.

The experience this man has allowed in the Store was impeccable. He sold all my issues that we’ve been dealing with four months with AT&T in one visit. He was a very helpful and very great. We appreciate his service. We will be returning to the store in the store only

Antonia, Jason, and James were so so helpful when I came to AT&T looking for help with my phone. They were patient, kind, diligent, and fixed the problem in no time. Thank you guys for your help!

James was professional,polite,patient,and personable. He straightened out a mess I had on my new phone. He spent quite a while working on it.pleasant young man.

There was a problem with my galaxy s24 ultra and Ms O'Brian worked graciously and tirelessly with me to resolve the issue. She's got a great attitude, personality and a great deal of patience in dealing with customers and phone issues. She's a great asset to ATT. We're glad we met her and she was our representative.

She started helping us The minute We walked in the door, took her no time at all to get our phone fixed and ready to go. We probably weren’t there over 20 minutes at the most. She did really good.

Dayshaun was a great service rep. I was a Verizon customer and went to that store after they were unable to help me. He was able to help me get a new line with little to no issues. 10/10 great experience

Sean provided me incredible customer service yesterday. I hadn’t been inside a AT&T store in almost three years. He was helping multiple customers at once (while upgrading my phone), in addition to greeting people as they walked in. This was a great experience, and Sean and his team are great!

**AWESOME STORE MANAGER**I have to say I have been using this store off and on for the last 2 years. And we came in with an Apple problem 20min prior to close. And Sean the store manager helped us with everything and was so nice. 100% amazing customer service here!

Jafet was a huge help in me picking new phones and services for my family. He made the process simple and effective. Me and my three children were very grateful for his service. Great store and great people.

Outstanding service from this location from both the salesman that helped us and the manager that checked in on us. We were greeted promptly at the door and felt like our business was valued. Jason asked us questions to help our decision seem like a benefit and not a burden. We would recommend him and this store for anything ATT-related.

Malak helped us upgrade our phones and found an error on our bill allowing us to upgrade our Apple Watches with minimal increase on the monthly bill. She was very professional, efficient and kind.

Kelly was FANTASTIC. My fiancé and I both upgraded our phones and the process was incredibly streamlined and quick thanks to her. If you go to this store, go to Kelly and she’ll get you in and out super quick. Thank you Kelly!!
