Chevron

I came to University Chevron for a flat. The tire could not be fixed and they didn't have one to replace it. They took the tire off the rim, put on the spare for me, AND DID NOT CHARGE ME! I'll be buying my gas there from now on. Thanks!

The actual service here can take a long time because of bad planning and the customer service here suffers for it.
I'm very patient but some higher ups had a conversation and held up walls while one very busy clerk ran out to cars and serviced a bunch of vehicles while trying to service my tire patch in between those other customers. I had no problem with the clerk running away to service other customers (though that plan nearly cost me an hour) the two stars comes from the reaction of the other seemingly higher ups who gave me "thats his job" and then begrudgingly did the work the clerk had nearly totally done. I got my tire patch after an hour of time and a little "can i get a little help?"

Horrible experience. Went to get gas. My vehicle was fine driving to get there when I left my vehicle was driving weird. I felt a bump but assumed it was the full service bell line. However as i kept going it still felt like a bump on my tire every rotation. I pulled up into the next lot and found a piece of metal had lodge itself into my tire. When I took it back the guy stated "road hazard". Horrible customer service and training.
