The UPS Store

We quickly found a place close to the Cruise Terminal to store our luggage. The service ladies were very nice, smiling, polite and explained everything to us. Thanks to them, we were able to visit the Kennedy Space Centre and watch the rocket launch into space with our own eyes! It was amazing thank you very much for storing our luggage.

The woman who was there working was so efficient. She moved 4 people waiting in line through the process in less than 5 min.
She looked professional and did her job with a smile. Very refreshing.

We are located between 3 different UPS stores but the Port Canaveral location is our favorite because of Kami who is the consummate professional and because she is always cheerful and happy to see everyone who walks in the door! Last time I went in for a return, I had a problem with my packaging and without missing a beat Kami fixed it for me, she is awesome!

This location has great employees willing to help whichever way you need for your postal desires.

Kami helped me with some documents I needed notarized. She made me feel like a priority even though it was busy. She did a good job multi-tasking and addressing all the customers. Even though I had trouble with using the scanning and credit card machine, she was patient and kind. Her customer service was actually the highlight of my day!

Paul is a great guy, motivated, engaged, high energy and always positive. It's refreshing! Some other UPS locations are quite the opposite in terms of customer service. Even though this UPS store location is a bit further out of the way, I'll make sure to go to this one from now on.

I can’t believe this store has ANY negative reviews!

I have used the services of this store 8 times since moving here 6 months ago. Every time I walk in I am professionals and politely treated. And the counter service is outstanding.

One reviewer gave a bad review because of a 20 minute wait. I have never found them to be incompetent there. Judging from my own experiences, my guess would be the customer was more than likely causing the delay.

After having frequented this location a dozen times it seemed like a good time to write a review.

I have always had a good customer experience. The staff has always been helpful and competent. Never a pickup or a glitch. 5 stars all the time.
