AT&T Store

The Manager Daniel was really helpful in getting me signed up for service. He was super polite and took his time to explain all the different features to me. I definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a new service or even looking for help.

The gentlemen were very helpful. They didn't just try to sell me the best thing. They sold what was best for me. There was a small line when I got there, but it was handle and was promptly served.

I was experiencing issues with my phone, and the staff at this location was amazing. They worked closely with me to resolve the issue; they were patient, attentitive, and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. I sincerely value their expertise and kindness- this staff is the best AT&T has.

I have literally never had a better experience at any phone store EVER!! Daniel was so incredibly helpful!! So fun to talk to!! Highly highly recommend working with Daniel!! He helped us buy a new phone, get the best plan at the best price, trade in an old phone, and transfer all info between phones! Thank you so much!

Daniel the store manager here was so amazing!! He took the time to walk me through every detail of purchasing my new phone and made the process so easy. On top of that he was incredibly personable and funny! He is a true gem and I’m quite grateful that the Coralville store is in such great hands!!

Daniel, the store manager, was AMAZING. He really helped making changes to our account. He made suggestions to save us money. We added a line and got a better WiFi for home. We are sooooo happy with our service today. I highly recommend this store and Daniel.

the place is obviously just getting off the ground, but you couldn't ask for better customer service. they're more concerned with saving you money than padding the company wallet.

Elijah is awesome. So knowledgeable, helpful, polite, fun to talk to. He gave me many options for upgrading my phone, adding lines, reducing costs, bundles. Three different visits this month and his help was spot on. What a great representative for your business!

I've dealt with the Coralville store & have always had great service from the employees. I met Robbie there a few years ago & he was promoted to a small town in Iowa. Thankfully for myself & AT&T, he was brought back to run the Coralville store. I've had several techy issues that would have delayed my business several hours each time. Every time Robbie has handled my issues they were instantly fixed by this young genius Man. He is the Man in Charge of that Coralville store! Whatever he is getting paid, it's not reflective of his super quality skills & knowledge, his professionalism & the business he draws. AT&T needs to secure his presence & compensate him with a huge bonus & raise! He is definitely worthy! Thanks, Kidwell Investigations

Went in with all kinds of questions about my service and was treated like family! The representative that took care of me Daniel I think his name is took his time to explain everything and found ways for me to save money AND get a new phone! Awesome service would highly recommend!!

Switched from AT&T to firstnet and the customer service was outstanding!! Phil and Robby were awesome to deal with and absolutely fantastic customer service. They were very patient with all my questions and got me leaving with a brand new phone in no time. If you go here and deal with either Phil or Robby you will be leave happy due to their knowledge and desire to get you squared away with whatever needs you came to the store to look to get filled.

I was having an issue finding what phone I wanted to upgrade too as there are so many good options out there the staff here was able to very kind answering all my questions and helping me chose my upgrade, I believe the person who helped me was named Daniel, I would highly recommend this location to any friends or family!
