I've had numerous experiences with this pharmacy and the team members are friendly, quick, and capable. One person in particular, Mandi, is always so friendly and kind.

The photo tech,Harris, who assisted me with some photos was professional and extremely kind. He walked me through the whole process from start to finish. He went above and beyond to help me make a good photo. I hope this employee is recognized for his dedication and good work ethics.

CVS store on Broad Street in Lititz ...........I recently got an unusual phone call from a employe from CVS leaving a message that there was a large amount of photos that had been paid for and have been sitting there for a very long time, with my name on the order. They were in the process of clean up things that have been there for a long time. Instead of throwing them out, she took it apon herself to make a phone call, and left a message.My family and I had a very rough patch of time with an ailing parent and a funeral. With all that going on this order was totally forgotten. With out this employee taking the time to care, I would have missed out on having some very cherished photos. I was even more impressed with her work ethics, when I picked up the photos. I saw a note on the package that had all the info written on it for her Co workers, such as my name, the day she called, stating she left a message and to hold for one week. There are so many younger employees now a days that do not put any extra care into their work. I was very impressed with this employee and her work ethics, thus the reason for this note. Sorry I don't know her last name but thank you BRITTANY. I hope CVS appreciates the asset you are to their store.

Pharmacy staff is great, as well as non-pharmacy staff. Broad selection. Flu, pneumococcal and COVID-19 vaccines can be gotten here

Best pharmacy staff ever hands down and I mean the WHOLE PHARMACY STAFF No matter if it's at another CVS or any other retail chain with a pharmacy NO ONE is nicer,more pleasant or greets you with a smile and brightens up your day by just stopping in to pick up your prescription and for those few minutes that you are in the pharmacy Department at this CVS on the North End of Lititz PA makes you feel at home with friends that work here at this CVS pharmacy.
