I had my doubts about switching to a major pharmacy chain when the locally owned pharmacy I was going to went out of business but it's been close to 2 years now and I haven't had 1 experience at this location that would warrant anything less than 5 stars

I would like to comment on the SUPER GREAT customer service I received on 10/08/23 by Tenisha. I was there to pick up a special order of 2 framed wall photos on canvas.... I've never ordered these before. While checking out, I asked Tenisha if I could open the box and look at them, and she said of course... Long story short there was some very wrong with them (not Tenisha's fault) She went the extra mile to fix and repair my order and made me a very happy customer. She had to overcome a few obstacles to get it done. It wasn't easy-peasy. This was great customer service, because she could of had me leave them to be done correctly, and that would of been a returned trip for me ... she was cheerful, and wanted to get it right for me, and she wanted me to leave there pleased and happy... and I did ... Thank you Tenisha :-)

I have been using this Walgreens since they opened and have always been treated with care and kindness. If i can not find an item an employee will walk with me to find it. The cashiers are always pleasant and talk with me while totaling my order. I am so sorry to read such negative comments about a place that is clean, courteous and helpful. I have had an issue with the photo area but they require a release from the photographer and once I had that there was no issue.

Couldn't have been better. I called on Thursday to register as a new customer, then call my doc to send in meds. Received notice the same day that prescriptions were ready. Easy,quick pick up the next day..

This walgreens was HEAVEN after having dealt with the most horrible walgreens on N. Davis St. I was nervous about getting my covid vaccine and the pharmacist was so understanding and reassuring. I really liked her alot. The service was quick but not rushed at all. She gave me all the time I needed to feel comfortable and at ease. It's crazy the difference between two walgreens that are so near each other. I absolutely recommend this one and absolutely tell you to run away from the one on N Davis St.

I needed help with making a purchase and this young man named Jordan was beyond helpful. He was attentive, patient, friendly, effective, and well mannered. He truly exceeds the definition of customer service. This Walgreens rates higher on the scale because of him.

Jessica S in the pharmacy went over and beyond to help me with my daughters prescription. I will continue to receive all medications here because of her. Thank you Jessica S for all of your hard work. This lady deserves a raise ~Ms Samuels

I was very impressed with the customer service Veronica and Stanley was very patient with me and explained my transaction to me but when I called to thank them it was different the manager wouldn't even pick up i was on hold for ever don't write the store off there are at least 2 people that makes your visit pleasant keep it up😉

Went here today. Asked some dude to point me to the rubbing alcohol, and he went out of his way to show me it. the guy at the register was super nice, with just the right amount of talkyness.

Great service from staff there. They were able to locate items for me and get my prescriptions in a timely manner.

Convenient location well stocked store.

Really nice cashier Shay, has some fascinating tattoos as well :)

Always friendly. Great candy selection for late night runs.
