DICK'S Sporting Goods

Been having a very bad month and the bike I use to get to work which was $325 and two weeks new started acting up. Took it into the store because academy didn’t have a service guy for my bike I bought there. Jacob at the store spent two hours working on my bike fixing things I didn’t know needed repairing and even through we waited and he fixed as much as he could the bike was internally damaged beyond our repair. Instead of leaving it there. Jacob went above and beyond to drive me and my bike to the store academy helped me pick out a new one and return the old one with its warranty. On top of it he even brought me an Oreo milkshake to make me feel better. I thanked him and I thank god that Jacob helped me today. I have never received such kindness or help from anyone before.

Wonderful customer service. Was looking for some sunglasses And there were sunglasses put under the register that wasn't out on display the lady pulled them out for me and let me look through every single one of them. She deserves a raise. Excellent customer service. And even though I didn't buy any she was not upset at all.

I go October 2,2023 to buy wrestling gear for my grandson and when I check in the aisle for this sport the item I try to buy is out the manager (Jeb) saw me and ask what I need I explain to him and he said “don’t go I check the inventory in the back” A few minutes later he found what I need. He so nice and helpful also knows so much about everything in the store.This kind of manager are rare and please for the company keep Jeb he is great asset for the company. Also when I go to the register (Laura) is the cashier. She is so nice and proper and offer me the credit card for the store. I enjoy my shopping that day and of course I comebak. Jeb and Laura make the customers what to comeback. That is the reason and many more is one of my favorites sport store. Thank you.

I was trying on pants and texted my wife to do an assessment and bonehead me put my phone in the pants pocket. I ended up not buying that pair and forgot my phone. Later when I realized what had happened we called the store and drove back. The manager was extremely helpful and retraced my steps to find my buzzing phone in the pants on the folding rack.

We are going on vacation tomorrow so losing my phone would have been really inconvenient. I just really appreciate the helpful nature of this store's employees going above and beyond to help a stressed customer.

The security guard and staff were all so nice. The young lady at the register helped me sign up for a rewards card. Went there around 6pm this evening. You have a lovely staff!

I believe the young mans name was jacob that helped me in the shoe department. He was amazing!! He helped me so much and was very patient and very knowledgeable of how each shoe helps different aspects. I’ve never been so happy with a shoe purchase!!

Went to get a new pair of walking shoes. Met a very nice saleman. Jacob showed me several different pairs then suggested a shoe I never would have considered. Brooks. Oh wow. And I bought them. Jacob is an outstanding salesperson. Not pushy. He knows his shoes. Thank you very much Jacob. I look forward to wearing these out so I can come back and buy another pair. I will definitely be looking for you.

First off, I love any sporting goods store.... With that said, the customer service was spectacular. From the knowledge in the golfing section to the cashier's, the all around experience was satisfying. The guy for the golf section had the answer to my questions and was very patient with while I asked many questions. Let me test drive a bunch of clubs and helped me pick what's right for me without trying to up sell other brands. Darrell I believe his name was (I'm bad with names so I hope I got it right) is the reason why I'm giving the 5th star and I usually won't give higher than 4 for the simple fact that no one is ever perfect. But in this case, I walked away very pleased so I'm doing something out of the normal.

Called with some questions about a golf set. Darrell took the time to answer all my questions, best time to come in and who to ask for when I do come in to check them out, making sure I get one of the more knowledgeable team members for the golf equipment.

Went looking to learn about buying Kayak. Jacob was very helpful in explaining the differences and what to look for. We will be back to buy one after I research research the 3 we decided could be best.

Always enjoy shopping here, even if just looking. If there’s any area for improvement I’d say offer more sales incentives. If I need something from a sporting goods store immediately, as opposed to just ordering it on Amazon (which is my favorite option), I’m ALWAYS going to price compare Dick’s to Academy Sports and Walmart....both close by. Unfortunately, I’ll have to report, Dick’s is rarely the low cost option. Nevertheless, the selection is always good and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend increasing the selection of shotgun ammunition during specific hunting seasons (i.e. more bird shot varieties during bird season, more buckshot and slug during deer season). Academy seems to have figured this one out.

Dick's always has everything we need. Golf shirts were the goal for the trip, but we found much more. We even went back to buy more! Friendly environment, helpful and clean.

This was the most outstanding experience I've ever had with one of my basketball players in years Dick's Sporting Goods took care of us at a high level and I happen to have a sponsor with me taking care of one of my basketball players sneakers Lisa was a diamond in the rough she showed an outstanding level customer service that is only worthy of praise I would recommend anybody going into the shoe department asking for a type of basketball shoes I have a size 17 foot but I went in there and they showed me a size eighteen sneaker so I put my orthotics in the shoes and I was blown away with the comfort but the biggest Comfort was shown by the way they showed their customer service hands down I recommend Dick's Sporting Goods of Clarksville forever

Awesome place everything is neat & organized. Very friendy staff and great customer service. Cashier a little pushy tho on trying to sign up for rewards card tho.

I had a wonderful experience. Tiffany provided an amazing concierge experience. The store was clean and the employees that assisted me were friendly and knowledgeable.

Went there for left handed golf clubs and the gentleman working at the golf customer help desk was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Next time I need golf equipment, definitely will be going back

Very helpful staff as usual! They were able to direct me to the wrestling shoes and find the size I needed quickly.

I give them 5 stars, because, when I brought my bike in to let them look at it, and the repairs for the bike was the cost of new bike.
So I'm looking to buy a new bike.

Robert gave us great assistance today! Appreciated him answering all of the questions we asked as well as plugging in the treadmill to show us the screen.
