You can honestly get lost in the store. Love the selection but not the sizing. I'm a 5.5 / 6... good luck finding that in stores. They cater to bigger sizes, smaller ones needs to be ordered online.

I really do love DSW although this location seems to have styles and less interested in rather than other locations I've been in and found lots of shoes I've loved. I don't know if it's just a seasonal thing which it's very possible but I feel like the same day I could go into another DSW and find more to my liking as far as selection. However the staff here is wonderful and they keep the store clean. It's just hit or miss that's all.

Awesome staff that’s ready to always help! Great shoe options at affordable prices. They always have deals so before you check out ask questions! The lines are short depending on the time you visit. For example, if you go at 12n or 3pm the lines can be long because they are busy. However, they resolve that quickly!

Had a wide selection of styles that I had interest in. I also had a coupon that saved me a ton of money on my purchases. The cashier was the best! She was very knowledgeable, polite and eager to assist at the sales counter.

I love this store and if you bring home the shoes and they don't fit right you can certainly exchange them with the 90 days or return them and get your money back that is great for me

I am very impressed with the customer service at this store. The staff is friendly and helpful. I found the selection of men's shoes to be ok, but would recommend that you also check out their web site. They can order items that may not be on their shelves (and from my experience arrive I a couple of days).

LOTS of shoes to choose from! DSW definitely caters to women, but a nice selection of men's, youth, and children's shoes can be found. I happened to stop in intending to purchase one pair of sandals, but there was a buy one get one 50% off sale going on so I couldn't pass up a second pair. Quality shoes at affordable prices. This is always my go-to place for shoes.

Was dragged to DSW by a friend as I was in need of a pair of dress shoes for an event. I wanted to go to Macy’s or like store, as that is where I typically shop for such an occasion. After sifting through a barrage of dated shoe designs and sneakers for middle aged men, I found a pair of loafers that I could deal with. Seemingly enough, they didn’t have my size (11) in store. I was then pressured into ordering them off the website with a promise of fast delivery from the staff members. I placed an order six business days ahead of my formal event, a Thursday, with the event following Friday. The order didn’t even leave the Texas fedex facility for four days. From there I watched my package crawl across the United States as if time had no meaning. Next Thursday comes, yay! My package is in state at the fedex facility not 8 miles from my home. As Friday, the day I needed these shoes came, I called fed ex inquiring about its whereabouts only for them to tell me that they are now giving it to USPS to deliver, and I would not be receiving my shoes when I needed them. Who does that? What kind of Jerry rigged shipping method is this? Mind you I did not see any type of expedited shipping method when ordering online.

Thankfully, Macy’s was still open. I was in and out in twenty minutes with a pair of Donald Pliner loafers. A pleasant experience. I will be returning my purchase from DSW, never to return again. Or at least until I’m fifty.

Moral of story. DSW is great if you are a middle aged male/female looking to save a buck on strap sandals or to grab a new pair of Nike’s cliche dad sneaker. These stores are filled with dated styles, off brands &/or the least popular selling models from the bigger brands. I would describe their inventory as something that rivals Walmart.

I rated this five stars so it doesn’t get hidden away with all the other poor reviews.

Edit: shoes came in. Adding insult to injury, they were obviously damaged during shipping or are a return pair. Ends of loafers creased. One didn’t even have packing in the toe. Shame shame shame. Learned my lesson about “discount shoe warehouse”.
