The store itself is nice enough, the regular staff and cashiers have always been nice to me.... the pharmacy can be a pain in the butt and it 100% depends on who is working. I would recommend using their app to get the pharmacy on their feet, but the cvs mobile app siphoned my battery like no other... bummer.

I don’t know how my card works I thought I would be saving money on the products that I bought but I was told that I couldn’t use the money savings but I could use it the next time I didn’t understand that

Absolutely worst most judgemental women I've ever encountered. your job isn't too judge me for what my DOCTOR ordered. Just fill my script. Nah they ripped it up. East side pharmacy across street taped and filled. Such sweet good ppl there. They lied said insurance wouldn't fill. Very odd behavior at CVS. Rather shop local anyway

I would not recommend this location or CVS in general based on the terrible response with COVID clinics. Results that WERE scheduled for 2-4 turn around WERE 5-7 days yesterday (when you could get through to the phone number) and ARE 7-10 days (maybe more in some area's) today. In addition, the minute clinic service center phone number hangs up on you at the end of the recording with NO other options for help. You could try to call the location (East Washingtong Street) if you want an incredibly rude and entitled woman on the other end of the phone to talk down to you and push you aside. Shameful service CVS... don't get into the game if you don't have the resources to back it up.

These pharmacists are atrocious to women but are so sweet to male clients. I do not recommend. They are rude, sassy, & entitled. Changing pharmacies.

the cashier has no personality!!! didnt talk to me until she told me how much i owed. not people friendly and i wasn't a fan!! her name is Brittaney!

The woman at the pharmacy is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. What a condescending person to have to deal with when you are sick.
