I had purchased an air cabin filter with no problems. The young gentleman had stated there were a couple I could select from. I had him explain the differences. Amazing service! Would definitely recommend this store.

The Manager Becca and staff at O'Rielly's in Federal Way went above and beyond today providing amazing customer service as me and two girlfriends found ourselves with a dead battery followed by a broken water intake and hose. Thank you for your great service and assistance.....we made it home safely and car is running great.

I love O'Reilly's, they're usually cheaper than the competition, almost always have what you need on hand and if they don't, can usually get what you need by the next morning. I go here for most all my auto needs and wants lol

I don't usually leave reviews but in this day and age where good help is a scarcity...I just had to. For this particular location, I not only received good help, but GREAT assistance from Thomas. I came in to get my car plugged on the diagnostic machine. He offered his assistance without making me feel like I am inconveniencing him. He explained the error code to me and informed me that he will also be handing me a printout to give to my mechanic. He was VERY knowledgeable and he made me feel confident with the information he was providing. I will be going to THIS particular O'Reilly's from here on out and HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

Serious expertise! The gentlemen here are definitely your "go-to" guys! They know there stuff! And when it comes to things or information that are hard to find out, I know they will know or can find out exactly!

Associates are great help with my findings right when I opened the door. The girl associate assisted me in finding all the products I needed for a car project. Like a good price and easy to use jack. She even helped with item lookup for my car specific oil and replacement parts. Gave great suggestions on how to fix the car problem I was dealing with. I believe she went above and beyond with my visit. She guided me throughout my whole shopping experience. I love it here. Definitely would recommend visiting here the associates are great with the services they provide. They even have rent-a-tools and help you with figuring out which products or car assistance you need for your car. This place is Awesome!!!🤗😄

We had gone to a different parts store to try and get lights after they went out suddenly at night. The ones we got weren’t right. We came here the next day and not only were able to get the right ones, but staff was kind In teaching us how to change them and what to ask for the next time they go out. Thanks so much!

I came in during a snowstorm because my wiper blades flew off on I-5 and the person at the register helped me find my blades and then double checked them once I had installed them so it didn't happen again. Informative and helpful! They also didn't push me to the most expensive blades but suggested the mid-tier ones because that's what they have and they liked them.

I went in there to grab windshield wiper blades and Thomas was there at the counter and took the time to make sure they were the right wiper blades.I can't thank you enough,I give a 7 out of 5 or more.Thomas really takes pride in his work and really knows what customer service is all about.If you ever need anything, know that Thomas is there to help make your day go alot smoother :)

I've been to this store about 7 times, and each time, it just gets better. Staff are always 'On Point' to help and diagnose my problems, and offer advice. Heck, 3 times they've installed the p[arts (wipers & headlight bulbs) and would not take any compensation! I have had to return parts twice (wrong sizes, my bad) and returns are 'hassle free' here!
I will continue to use and recommend this store to friends and family!

The kids there were very helpful got everything handled and all rock and roll from here I definitely stopped by and get my try see if they can help you out with your parts needs or potential high performance needs or if you just need your car scanned. Good service. I went there to get a gas cap for my dodge ram and having issue with it. Go back in there and a manager end up helping me out. I'll give 100% for this manager for giving a good customer service. I like it.

I had another issue with my headlights the bulb need it to be changed, and thank God Elias still works at this location and help me out and save the day. Thank you so much Elias you are awesome, and you have great customer service.

Becca was the Bomb!!! She changed our headlights for me & when we tried to tip her... She said she wasn't allowed to except them & that it was part job was to help her customers! Thank you so much Rebecca! Youre awesome! Girl Power!

I bought headlights 6 months ago and, sadly,one burned out. Went back without receipt....not recommended!...and they went the extra mile to help me anyway. Manager Mary actually remembered installing the first set, and took her time to replace both again. Many thanks!
