The pharmacist, Jane, was amazing and spent so much time trying to get medication for my daughter today. We tried flavoring the suspension so she would not throw it up, and then trying to get a substitute pill form. Jane called my kid's doctor, then called me back when she was unable to get a hold of my kid's doctor. She stayed on the phone with me when I later called the answering service for my pediatrician's office. I know a pharmacist's time is extremely precious especially in a busy retail store. I can't thank her enough! I got her a substitute so I'm one happy mom. I hope the CVS management realizes and rewards pharmacists who go above and beyond.

I’m surprised at the negative reviews for this location and pharmacy. I just moved here from heavily populated Austin and I have never had a negative experience here. Everyone at this location is extremely friendly knowledgeable and professional. Especially those working in the pharmacy area. They have been instrumental in protecting me and my family with vaccines and boosters which is very important for my aging grandparents who they always treat with utmost respect and remember their names. They also know how what they are doing and do the best job at administering painless vaccines. Thank you to these amazing professionals, not enough good things can be said about this pharmacy and CVS location. Heck even the cashiers at the front are super friendly every time and store is kept so clean it smells clean. I think those experiencing wait times are going after work or during rush hour times as I’ve never had to wait long for any service here even though it stays very busy. Best CVS I’ve ever been to and that includes the east Dallas suburbs as well. Love it

I have a very positive experience in this pharmacy during my past visits from few months.. The staff worked quickly to deliver the medicines prescribed to me and also explained me how to use them to there best of knowledge..i am reading other reviews and pretty surprised..may be the store has improved a lot now..this is my goto location

Pharmacists are always great. I have to come every week for my medicine. They always have the meds in stock I never have any issues. I love this store. The pharmacy never takes long for fills. They always always are professional. The pharmacist calls me by name, it's great. Place is also always clean. I recommend this CVS to everyone they truly care.

The young lady at the front counter, Melanie, is the most polite and friendly person I have ever met in retail. When she asks you if you need any help she really means she wants to help. A rare find, I hope they appreciate the good impression she makes on their company.
