Although the young man that was at the counter was no help. It was a female walking around and I asked for assistance getting some shoes down. Not only did she help but she recommended another pair instead of the ones I was looking at. Thanks to her because I didn't realize how much walking I do in 8 hours. My feet thanks her also. If you are going to be at the entrance at least speak when the customer comes in.

I got my son a few new pairs of shoes to start the school year, and he didn't wear one of them until this week and they didn't fit! I took them back to the store to exchange them and they didn't have a bigger size in stock, so they ordered it and shipped it free to my home. I brag on Shoe Carnival's customer service to other stores that simply say "It's out of stock and we don't have it."
The customer should not be inconvenienced due to lack of inventory and Shoe Carnival got it right with their customer service. If they don't have it, they will find it for you, and get it to you with free shipping as a convenience.

My experience here was quick, efficient, I found what I was looking for and I left.

I did notice a couple sales associates helping other customers but no one approached myself or my father during my trip; but I knew what I wanted and generally where it was anyway.

Otherwise the customer service and friendliness of the girl at the register was very welcome. I would definitely shop here again.

The service and selection at this store are great! Hassle free returns or exchanges, even when bought online. The staff is very friendly! I have purchased 14 pairs of shoes for myself and my son in the last 2 months and love them all.

The sales associate today was so personable and friendly. She smiled, seemed to enjoy being there and seemed to enjoy having me there. She greeted us as soon as we came in the door. The manager was helpful and responded quickly when we had a question.

Chris was the manager on duty while we visited in the midst of last minute school shopping, he treated me and my son (who was on video call) as though we were the first customers of the day! He was attentive, patient, and helpful. After hours, the cashier (Heaven) was pleasant and checked me out with ease! We will definitely shop here again.

Very clean location. They have a wide variety of shoes for everyone and the staff is friendly and helpful. I drive here a couple of times a year from Nashville because I have better luck finding work shoes at a good price.

Love it! I always seem to find what I am looking for, probably because all they sell is shoes. Everytime I go in there they seem to have everything on sale plus buy one get one half off. This store is a great place to get good quality shoes at a reasonable price. They have restaurant worker shoes, steel toed shoes, dress shoes, running shoes, you name it. My employer supplies me shoes from Hayes and I noticed the prices there are way higher.

This place is the bomb. They have tons of variety, I always get good service from the employees, I've only seen it a *sort of* mess once and that was mid afternoon on tax free weekend, which is totally understandable- ha! I went again today, because I bought a beautiful pair of lace up boots here two months ago and had a piece pop off and was devastated. Without question they found my boots online and are replacing them with a brand new pair delivered straight to my house in the next week- i'm so pleased! On top of that, their sales rock, their clearance rocks, and their cashier Melissa rocks.

Love this place. Bought 4 pair of shoes that would probably cost over $300, but paid less than $200 with their great discounts. Staff is very friendly👭👫👬 & helpful. They know their product.
