Brandon is very good. Outgoing, and friendly, very knowledgeable, personable. As a sales manager, I’d recruit him. I’ve used other TCC facilities and he is the best I’ve worked with.

William was extremely pleasant to work with. He had all of the answers to my questions, was able to offer me several different options for free products and promotions, went over every part of what my new bill would look like, and helped transfer my data from my old phone to the new one. Great customer service!

William Mayes was a tremendous help with the dreaded process of switching off one account to another and additionally swapping a line from a different provider over to Verizon and setting up new phones and explaining everything into detail.
