Always is an easy store to maneuver around in and find my supplies. good sale deals. Have your phone ready with the weekly coupons to save! Enfield, the staff is quick and helpful.

Helpful polite employees. Some good prices on sale items.

They are understaffed, much like most businesses. But the manager, Brian, arranged to work with me in framing. Haven't seen the results yet. But the experience was fun and informative. Brian took time to be sure my needs were met.

It was great they had everything I needed I really recommend this place if you live in Springfield

If there was no Michaels store, I don't know what I would do. When I need to pick me up. I go there to see what's new and what's on sale for each holiday

Shelves fairly organized and store pretty clean, cheery atmosphere, workers are willingly helpful from what I've experienced. And they now have self checkout.

Couldn't find what I was looking for. So I asked the guy working the register. Told me right where the items was ,found it no problem and got what I needed. Was very happy.

The staff was nice and knowledgeable at the register and in the aisles. The employee I asked for about the location of small gauge metal wires and feathers went 2 for 2 today in knowing the location of each item. Right on dude!

I'm a manager here and have never worked for a better team. Our store is rated second best for customer service out of the entire district and it shows. We break our own coupon policy daily and stay past closing time constantly to ensure customer satisfaction. Our management team is highly trained, with some of us possessing degrees in the arts and several of us, including myself, military veterans or spouses. I highly recommend this specific Michael's as a welcoming place to shop and/or work.

This store has a great selection! Found just what I was looking for (and then some, lol) still wish Michael's had better coupons, but this is a nice store

My first time going to Michael's happened a couple days ago. I was blown away by the amount of various items they have. This is the place for the craft do-it-yourselfer! If you are starting an online business like I am then you would be remiss to not give this store a once over. Everything from home decor to stickers and stationary, they have a little bit of everything. Even holiday decorations and toys for the kids! I assure you that you will not be disappointed. The staff there pretty much leave you to your own devices, but occasionally bumping into them they have been very cheerful and willing to help and answer any questions I had. They get 5 stars for sure this is a very well organized store with a huge layout that is surprisingly not very confusing once you've navigated it a couple times. Will definitely be back!

Their picture framing work is excellent. The people framed my artwork were friendly and very talented.

Nice clean and organized store. Lots of things are on sale including doorbusters. Make sure if you're in the store to download the app on your phone and use their free Wi-Fi because you'll get extra coupons to use to save during your visit through the app.

Renee has tremendous customer service and really cares about the customer. She is amazing at what she does and helped me so much!! Renee is a keeper.

Well labeled areas made it quick to find exactly what I needed. And then they went above n beyond by helping me match paint colors to repair my glasses. So impressed! Thank you Kacey! Will Def be back.

After UPS lost my Michaels Order for frames which I needed for an upcoming art opening, I called all the Michael's stores in my general vicinity to try and find replacements. I was fortunate to locate half of what I needed at the Avon store and the remaining half at the Enfield store. I had such a pleasant experience with Dana in the framing department of the Enfield store, that I want to give her a shout out! Not only did she pull the frames from the shelves and hold them for me in the framing department until I could get there, she also touched up those frames that showed some slight damage. She was empathetic to my situation and she did everything she could to accommodate me. What a genuinely kind and helpful woman she is. She also helped carry them out and loaded them into my dirty dog car for me. She is delightful and she made a stressful situation very easy for me. Thank you, Dana!
