Richard, at this store was able to untie the Gordian software knot. i had done a great job of getting our 2 family phones on the same phone number. Sometimes you tube isn't such a good idea. Richard was the right man at the right time. Phones are working again. Thanks for your expert help.

The Cricket Wireless in Delmont looks like it has new management in it. It has a great variety of accessories the customer service is on point and very helphul... I recommend to all to go down and see the great deals and services at this location!!!!

I loved the cleanliness of this store! The atmosphere of the store made the experience much more enjoyable! The manager Maria along with Landen were very nice and respectful. They got me in and out quickly and efficiently. They were straight to the point but also made it personable. Definitely recommend this store to everyone! I always stop in when I have a chance. 10/10

Best experience ever at a phone store. Needed a phone plan set up for a blind and disabled friend, and Ileana and Maria were both so incredibly helpful. They were patient, kind and compassionate. Both Ileana and Maria were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in a difficult situation with a blind woman trying to navigate using an iPhone. They both stepped up and went above and beyond to walk us through. Highly recommend this store and these two very professional women.

Maria was super helpful and personable and was very straight forward. I walked out of there 100% satisfied, ended up buying 2 phones instead of 1, and it didn't take all day. I would feel totally comfortable going in there to ask silly questions and not be made to feel like an idiot. A+

The staff at Delmont Cricket was OUTSTANDING, namely Iliana and Maria. They went above and beyond to assist my blind friend and spent a great deal of time making sure that her needs were met and guided in how to navigate settings to accommodate her blindness. They were friendly, exceptionally helpful and made the process the best that it could be. Sooo grateful and thankful to see customer service of this caliber. HIGHLY recommend!!!
