SKECHERS Factory Outlet

I have been a devoted Skechers fan for decades. I have had multiple foot surgeries and must have cushy, comfy shoes. Skechers wedges have been the only "cute" shoe I can wear shopping and running errands for hours.

At this store, all the employees were great! I interacted with several. They let me shop on my own when I wanted and offered assistance when I needed it. Right when I gave up finding a shoe comfortable enough for all-day theme park trips, the clerk led me to the one! He also didn't mind looking for a particular size online for another shoe I was interested in. I make special trips an hour away to Vero Outlets just to visit the Skechers store. I haven't even visited the other stores! I came for the Skechers.

Bought this really beautiful shoe as a gift for my SIL (attached pic). Too bad it didn't come wide enough....

I am from West Palm, I bought pairs of shoes, and I love them. Good deal and variety of selection. I want to say thank you to Jade who helped me. She was friendly and polite. She gave me a senior discount without me asking for it. It's very thoughtful of her. I will surely come back.

I am from Jacksonville, FL and have been calling locations throughout the state to find a specific pair of shoes that could not be found online. When I called the Vero Beach location, I spoke with Amie and she not only verified the shoe was there but helped navigate me on how to get the shoe to Jacksonville and how I could take advantage of the current deals.

Amie was extremely helpful and patient answering my questions. Her customer service is unbeatable and I will be a repeat customer of Skechers because of her!

Took advantage of a great sale and picked up two pair. Elijah was extremely helpful... Personable and professional!

Found the sandal that I have been looking for. It’s feather light and comfortable. This store has a huge amount of stock, and at great discounts. It’s conveniently located off I-95 Vero Beach, FL.

Easy access to Sketchers@ Vero Beach Outlet Mall. Store very clean. Staff greets customers all staff very willing to help consumers find which shoes or clothing they want.

I was pretty surprised that the outlet store had my size and it had more than one style of the wide width 9 I need for my foot I have an extra large wide foot can I give me a military discount and was really friendly they didn't have any white socks though for men I was kind of disappointed in that

Found two pair of comfortable shoes. Excellent pricing. Buy one pair get 2nd half price. For only down side is size 13 wide are in limited supply. However happy with what I found.

Very clean store. Well organized. Excellent selection and prices. Edward was wonderful. He was exceedingly patient and helpful to all the customers. He spent time helping an older, somewhat difficult customer, who was new to the brand, find the right shoes patiently, calmly, politely bringing stacks of boxes with shoes back and forth. His smile lights up the store. If I lived in this area (was only passing through) I would make this store a regular place to shop. Those in the area are blessed to have such a great store with excellent service readily available.

Love the easy slip on shoes. Found a pair if dressier shoes to wear with pants.

Great store with great staff. I would definitely go there again. They have a cool hand held tool for CC fast check out. Great for me ....I shop on my lunch hour.

Just took my wife and her cousin to the Vero outlet to get work shoes. We were waited on by Hunter and Edward… these 2 guys were great and friendly and knowledgeable!! Very happy with their customer service!!!

Visited this outlet today and had to return some sandals 🩴 and the staff was very helpful and friendly, was a quick and painless process. The store was was clean and very organized, great staff, I highly recommend.

I was here. I liked what I saw. I bought Skechers over Adidas, but I don't play anymore. Skechers are just way more comfortable

The best Skechers store to deal with. I purchased some shoes less than a month ago and the sole was falling apart too soon, was near another outlet store and they did not want to help me. I called this store I purchased from and Maryland was happy to help me with no problems at all. Very pleasant to deal with and she replaced them right away as I had revisited store. I will absolutely buy here again. Thank you for all your help Maryland!

This store and it's Manager need to be Given 5 Stars because this Manager Ms Marylin is Outstanding! I dont shop often, and im an old woman. I know exactly what I needed but didnt even try and look, She greeted me the second I walked in and asked what she could help me find. Amazing knowledge and service! Go shop here Folks! You Wont be disappointed!
