Walmart Connection Center

I just asked a simple question.
Mind you I just walked near their department I didn’t ask for help when they came asked me if I had any questions I asked one, about taking out my SIM card if I could remove it to try another service. Then she took me to someone else for the answer (I guess) who proceeded to tell me I didn’t want to try that service and he could get me a cheaper plan.
He assumed I was 20 years older then I was and offering me plans that were way more money then my current plan I’m not happy with.
Also in addition to be quite the sweet talker by assuming I was 20 years older. He also assumed my career because I was wearing a headset….. I’ve had a bad month lost loved ones and health issues. I left feeling like garbage and with a unanswered question. I recommend you stay away unless you wanna feel like garbage for the rest of the day.
