Went to the store to upgrade my fiancés phone and John was helping us. He was VERY helpful with helping us pick out a new phone and answering all our questions / concerns. Made everything painless and the entire experience was awesome. Highly recommending him!!!

Walked into the office on 3 different occasions was absolutely amazing to care with no questions. Got my services up and running assistant me with my new phone. Absolutely will recommend them to anyone absolutely. Was pleased with the services I received, check them out.

My phone said we had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to try the pass word and we could not reset it. Tried a different Cricket store and was told we would just need to buy a new phone. Went to this store and the Representative worked very hard and got my phone reset, but it was not working yet. He told me how to switch the sun cards to get the different phone to work if this one didn't. True customer service and a reminder why I go out of my way!

My hubby and I were very satisfied with the customer service but I have to say "Jason" went above and beyond of any customer rep....HE WAS AWESOME!!
As a matter of fact I would highly recommend him to anyone who has an issue with any Cricket phone. If you want great service with a smile to match..Jason's your man!

Great customer service. I got a free phone from bringing my number from a different company, with a great data plan. I finally got good service again. And the customer service guy named Jay helped me so much and helped me understand my new phone.

Open using cricket for about 3 or 4 years. I recently had an issue where my Google Assistant could no longer reach the internet on a consistent basis. I took my phone to the cricket store and they were able to fix it within 20 minutes. They knew exactly what they were doing and they were very nice people
