Entire shoe department was so friendly and helpful! I brought my pup in also for this trip as it is her birthday and they sang happy birthday to her and gave her a cookie! 10/10 in my book!! Jayden ,Tyler ,Logan x3 and Hannah were some of the staff that helped us and made this such a great visit ! Their managers name was Chris ! Also rob in golf also said hi and assisted us and gave our pup a warm welcome!

The sales associate was super nice she helped me get the size i needed off the mannequin. The store is very organized and clean. Everyone was friendly.

Not busy mid-week in December. Online stock was accurate and we picked up our items quickly. Service was quick and polite.

Got some gifts for my son there for Christmas. Always love it.

Was able to find a great pair of sneakers that were inexpensive and was able to wear them out of the store

Went to look at stationary bike. Bruce was excellent. He was highly educated on the products and provided both the pros and cons. Tina at checkout was
excellent, also explaining the pick up process and
different options available. Exceptional service!

I've read some of these comments about the store in general and it almost deterred me from going..but I'm glad I did! Ken in the golf department was amazing! He was personable (borderline funny..Ha) and helpful with decisions on extending my golf clubs and my concerns on thickness of regripping.. The clubs are 100% comfortable now and appreciated his help! Idk about the other departments but the golf departments solid!

Had a great experience here because of one young salesman named Nano. I couldn’t find several things that were available on line but not in store, and when I asked him for help he was kind and knowledgeable. What I mainly appreciated was that he walked me over to the items and pointed out options instead of saying “look over there etc”. He didn’t leave until I said I was all set. I was annoyed before he helped me because I told a different employee that I was looking for something in that area for ten minutes, he said “it should be there and if not, we don’t have it.” It doesn’t take much to do what Nano did, but not everyone does. Please acknowledge him. Thank you.

I had a great time with Ken doing a Driver fitting. I need to fix my mechanics to truly fix my slice but he helped me pick a set up that will certainly help. Good experience

Just bought a kayak and had excellent service. Hardly had to maneuver the thing in the store and the employee helping me knew what he was doing and loaded it right into my truck. Very happy with the purchase and customer service. Thanks!

Best go-to place for sports equipment and brand named clothes. Great selection of any sport you could think of. Fishing and hunting equipment doesn’t run short. Great, nice staff who will spend a while with you helping you find the right stuff. Great place. High prices are to be expected from a sports store though.

Will was great! I needed a pair of simple, easy basketball shoes and he accommodated me perfectly. No upselling attempts, very courteous, and prompt. Which is my ideal shopping experience. Get in, get what I need, get out. Definitely recommend.

All employees are familiar with locations of products. When you ask a question about a product and if they don't know the reach out to a coworker. AWESOME!!! All well spoken 👏.

The staff was ready to serve us asked if we needed anything and we did we were in the market to get a little girl a softball helmet he asked ho old and what size we had no idea we called the father of the young girl and put him on with the staff member after a few minutes the staff member knew just what was needed and actually sold us a helmet that was ten dollars cheaper it also looked like a higher quality. This helmet is making a little girl very happy. Many she belt the leather of the ball with that extra boost of confidence.

We ordered kayaks online and picked them up the next day. Everyone there was super helpful throughout the entire store. Very pleased!

10/10 Would like to be invited to the cookout next time you have food in the nomads land hallway. The gym smells immaculate!!

Bought a handgun safe at a great price. While there found much of the ammo on sale. Very happy with the safe and sales people were very helpful.

Friendly, clean, and equip with a personable staff. Seemed a little understaffed but the workers had great attitudes! Overall i was impressed with the great customer service! Will come again!
