I felt 5 stars was the least I could do. Vicki in the pharmacy is such a sweetie. She takes time out of her busy day to ask how I am and makes it a pleasant experience. We got disconnected yesterday and she called back to let me know my medication is back in stock. She is one reason I have stayed with this pharmacy. Thanks Vick and the CVS Team!

Had a good experience with this CVS. I had been looking everywhere for a makeup primer that is suddenly hard to find and cvs came through! I called first and asked the employee if they could check if it was in stock. She checked but couldn't find what I was talking about. Website said it was in stock so I drove up there and luckily, they had one left!

I have been shopping this CVS for a long time. I have always had great customer service at both the store front and the pharmacy. Each time I have asked for help I have received it in a timely and courteous manner.

Never a bad experience, great staff with quick in and out time.

I am writing because, my insurance approved for a med to go through but since it is similar to a medication that is still active the one pharmacist delayed it. I will be out by tomorrow and he is using authority over my insurance and their approval and I have to wait another 6 days. No urgent care will help due to the fact I have script that my insurance approved to be filled and 11 years on benzodiazapines 4 days means seizure territory.

It's 8:26 on a Saturday night and I called to fill my prescriptions because the pharmacy hours are supposed to be open until 10 pm . Can't get them filled because I called at 8:20 pm and the recording says it is closed . Just one of the many problems with CVS .

I went to the drive thru to get a covid test, as I think I have covid. I was told I could not purchase this there and that I would have to come inside! This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve had multiple issues with this pharmacy being able to get my prescriptions but this may be my final straw.

I’ve had one too many problems with this pharmacies incompetence. They’re lucky they don’t have a lawsuit….yet! Firstly, my medicine that I’ve been on for over 6 months, they suddenly stopped because I apparently cannot mix the two medicines I am currently on.. which made no sense because I’ve been on them both for six months. So if these two medications cannot work together and can cause issues, then WHY dispense them to me for six months? Oh I know why, because they made a mistake. They thought I was taking a different medication, but really the one I was taking was not what they thought so after a week of the back and fourth, I was able to get it filled. I don’t think they realize that certain medications can cause deadly withdrawals in patients whom take them for long periods of time.
Also, the current issue is my prescriptions not being filled on time. Why is it that I have to wait two days after I’m due to get a refill to actually get said refill? They claim it’s because of the type of medication, but that honestly makes no sense. It shouldn’t matter what the “type” of medication is, it should matter that they be filled when the patient is out and due for a refill to avoid adverse effects. They are playing with peoples lives and it’s honestly scary. Please BEWARE and choose another pharmacy. Go to CVS in Burnham at your own peril. . and just to add; pharmacies can and DO make mistakes. I recommend counting your tablets before you leave. Things are not adding up here.

Drove 40 mins for a confirmed COVID booster only to be told upon arrival “oh yeah it’s been letting people make appointments all day but we have a fill-in pharmacist so we can’t do vaccines”. Really frustrating that apparently people in the pharmacy knew there was a problem and did nothing to proactively do something about it (surely I enter in my contact info for a reason…?). Really disappointed in the severe “not my problem” attitude.

If it were possible to give a lower star rating, I would NOT hesitate to do so! I have had such a repulsive experience in this store with the Pharmacy Manager, Heather. She was not only rude, but extremely unprofessional. I had to ask her to please stop yelling at me and raising her voice so that I wouldn't feel so inclined to raise my voice. I don't expect bubbly, happy service everyday, I understand life. I will not accept the extent of how she had went out of her way to project judgmental and rude behavior onto me! This is not a time to ruin someone's day or try to make life harder, just do your job and do it respectfully, if not lose your customers, simple!
