The only way you can have a bad experience in a Fine wine & good spirits shop is if you go in visibly drunk or if they are out of your favorite wine. The sales clerks will gladly help locate it for you.

Nice selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I got a dry French wine for a recipe and one of the staff members even had some tips to help me with my recipe.
