Great store overall, and convenient location. Store is organized well and is pretty clean, and there's a lot of variety. Staff are helpful and friendly. Prices are decent /reasonable. This is usually our go to store for anything household-related, including starter plants. Definitely recommend this location - no complaints.

Didn't order enough siding at first. Ordered 3 more square to complete the job. Store called to ask when I would pick it up. I'm disabled and needed to find someone to help. They called back a few minutes later and offered to deliver it for free. It's the little things that mean a lot.

Great Store and Location. You can find everything you need to complete any home project you may have. We go there for all of our home improvement needs! Never have been disappointed with shopping at this store. Very friendly and helpful employees!

I have come here many times over the years and still come here a lot. The store most of the time has what I need or want. I get great customer service every time. Love that Lowes sells Craftsman and Kolbalt. The only thing that I wish Lowes would do is have a rewards program like Giant Grocery Stores/Auto Zone. Would love to earn points on my purchases and then use the points to get $$$ off on future purchases.

After having a nightmare experience at Home Depot, I decided to try my luck at Lowes. I needed salt Crystals and once there I asked if someone could help me. I instantly was told to just go ahead and pay and they'll load the bags in the car.
The people who worked there seemed pretty happy at their work place. I particularly want to mention Jared who helped me to load the bags and Kerry (spell) at the self checkout place.

An associate asked if I needed help. We disagreed about where the item would be located. He was so helpful and friendly. We found the item together. He had to get more from high stock. Top notch service. Thank you.

I stopped in yesterday at lunch to purchase a 3 prong converter. I went up and down the electrical aisle several times until I became frustrated and went to customer service. A gentleman asked me if I was there for a pickup. When I told him what I was looking for, he told me exactly where it was and then walked there with me to find it. I wish that I had gotten his name because I want to let you know how great a job he did.

This is just for the driver who delivered the material for my new fence that I'll have installed Monday & Tuesday (28th & 29th). Despite me asking neighbors to not park at a certain place today because I was having material delivered, they did anyways, but your driver, David, did an awesome job getting around without incident. I'm so excited to see the final product next week & will post another review after my fence is installed.

Great selection of products and home improvement items. Plenty of parking and staff were helpful at this location.

Always find what I need here, never let down, let's get those little xmas gift ideas in stores especially the kids kits love those and the gift card holders! Bring on Christmas!!

Stopped in for 5 minutes literally to grab something we needed. Everyone was super helpful and I was out of there in no time. Perfect shopping experience. Love this place

The staff are very friendly and polite. They assist in finding products whenever asked and direct which aisle to go.

I had a fantastic experience at Lowe's on Rohrerstown Road in Lancaster tonight. Matt H. and ASM Greg F. provided outstanding customer service and they were able to solve my appliances issues instantly. I highly recommend buying your appliances from Lowe's.

We were looking a white refrigerator. Thanks to Hope we found what we were looking for. she was so patient and helpful in answering our questions in founding a white refrigerator. ( none on the floor) She gets A+

Helpful staff. A little much on the freedom of dogs. 1 family of 4 had 6 dogs with them in the store. I know that my certified medical service dog (when I get her) would have a hard time doing her job because of the untrained dogs. Kids shouldn't be leading and being dragged around by the dogs.
