I actually drive to the New Castle. PA (Neshanock location) from Boardman, Ohio about once a week. Your store is always fully stocked and organized and I always find what I’m looking for. Being a retail manager for many years, I also really appreciate great customer service. I want to let you know the your cashiers are always so accurate and pleasant. I will also point out that your greeter/shopping cart guy is so very friendly and helpful. I asked him for his name today, which he told me was James. I wanted to include it in my review. You should be extremely proud of your employees. Thank you.

Lots of food options. Generic & name brands,well maintained, clean. Prices somewhat lower than name brand stores.

Very clean and well stocked unlike other SavALot stores we have been in. This is the New Castle store on Wilmington Rd. Friendly cashier too!

Great store, friendly employees. Quick in-and-out. Almost always have their advertise items. A great alternative to the megastores. You will also the like the meats! Rarely Crowded, so you don't get held up all day!

The store was great clean and tidy when the registers get busy they call another cashier unlike giant eagle I bought ribs at a good price they had some fat on them but I can easily trim them
