The UPS Store

I use this location to return/exchange items ordered online. Part of my job is purchasing items for people and I have to return/exchange more than most people, so I've come to this store often over the past 3 years. I've always had a very good experience. I'm in and out quickly, even if it's busy. They seem to have a good system for helping customers efficiently, so we dont stand in line for long. Every employee I've had contact with has been professional, helpful, and friendly.

This is by far my favorite UPS store. The workers there are always happy to help and answer any and all questions I may have. When I have the kids with me they pay extra attention and always do something to make them laugh and smile. Thank you team for all your hard work today and everyday!

Went in today with 2 items in the same box. They couldn’t take them like that but they grabbed me a spare box and packaged it up. Great customer service and friendly faces. I appreciate it greatly!

The staff at this location are the absolute best! They are so kind, so patient, so supportive and helpful, and so knowledgeable. I come here every time I need help with a package, and for all my online returns! They are the best!!!!!

Professional staff - each seem to have a specialty. Got a great price on a mailbox with a street address because they had given me a coupon on an earlier visit.

My wife and I use the ups store now more than ever. It seems to be the new normal for our lives with COVID not going away anytime soon. We find ourselves not wanting or willing to be out and about as much as we used to. Weather it be to send something back that was either the wrong size or the wrong product completely. We also sell stuff on the Facebook buy and sell and it is always easier to take it here than to try to box it up and send it ourselves. Also the staff is pleasant, competent and gets you on your way quickly no matter how busy they are.

Courtney and Amy are absolutely wonderful and helpful! I was having issues with my Amazon app and these ladies were able to provide clear direction and even printed out a label for me! They always go above and beyond their scope of work. They even offer to help customers with bringing in some packages from cars which is kind of them but definitely outside of their job description.

Not all UPS Stores are the same, if you need to ship anything make it a point to go see Courtney and the crew at UPS store on Leitersburg pike!! The entire staff there is wonderful to work with, very polite and very friendly!!

This is one of my favorite ups stores eva! Courtney & Rylee are the best customer service people I've ever met! Keep up the amazing work ladies!

A big shout out to Amy! I was a bit disorganized today and she was patient, kind and helpful, far exceeding the requirements of her job. She is a model of great customer service. Honorable mention to Courtney, too. She also helped with my issues, even though I wasn't in her line. Kudos to both of you!

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. I come in frequently to pick up my packages and the girls here are always quick, efficient, and kind!

They deserve a number 10 rating for great patience to help me with a timely necessity and to having the skill to think outside the box to make it a complete project need.

Completely helpful, had a tricky amazon return and they were able to come up with a solution for packaging.

Just look for the Valley Storage sign when you're approaching this location. The UPS Store is actually located in the same place, and is right on the corner of the building as soon as you pass through the intersection at the traffic light.
The staff has always been polite at this location, and they will even go out of their way to hold the front door for you if you really need it.
I've only ever dropped off packages here to be shipped out, so I can't rate the other services the UPS Store provides at this location, but I'm sure they are helpful and get the job done!
Oh! And they have public WiFi here at this location, too, if you need to connect to the internet. 😁
