Nick in the Deli is amazing. I had to return an item 2 days ago. He not only gave me my money back, but also gave me a couple of free items. But more importantly, he explained how food is prepared and the safety features Smith's uses. Great customer service. 5 Stars for Nick. Thank You Sir.

First time visiting from out of state and I stopped by this store for a last minute bouquet. Lori (who is normally a cashier) was in the floral department for the day and she was the most amazing soul! I can’t thank her enough for her help and time!!

I stopped going to this store a couple of months ago after I watched a cashier be nasty and rude to an elderly lady that didn't understand the rules of a sale.
I went back today, and I'm glad I did! I went to self checkout and was warmly greeted as soon as I stepped up to the register. The little family behind me finished up and was leaving when the attendant told them to "have a blessed day!" The man was touched by it and said "I needed that! You don't ever hear it any more" and told the attendant to have a blessed day. I was also touched by this, in fact it made my day. It's scary to say something so simple in the climate today, where everyone wants to be offended by everything. So as I was leaving, I went to the attendant to get her name, and I tell you, her mother knew what she was doing when she named her TREASURE! Because she truly is. She was upbeat, helpful, happy! Made for a great experience 😁

"READ THIS TO THE END" Yes it's embarrassing as heck but we go to the store sometimes for 1 ór 2 items añd END UP with 9 or 10 , This receñtly happened to me I had to have KAILYNN I think that was her name take something off because I dídnt have enough $$ not ÓNÇE BUT TWICE with PEOPLE IN LINE WAITING ON MY BROKE A_ _, to pay Mutteriñg trash talk under their Breathe and STAIRRING at me. She took añ item óff Then 2 móre I said to her QUIETLY "I still DON'T have enough" SOME A_ _ HO_ _ YELLS OUT DAM HOW MUCH DOES HE NEED?? SHE says I'm busy with a customer sir Please wait your turn , this is HOW MUCH I GOT ON ME I said I Don't have my wallet SHE SAYS YOU KNOW, WHAT'S A COUPLE BUCKS & TOOK OUT HER OWN BANK CARD & PAID 2 DOLLARS TO COVER MY BILL!! I said No No you don't need to do that & she says yeah I do every once in a while PEOPLE need a little help, I WAS BLOWN AWAY & I told I'll be back to pay you , she says with class No Don't, YOU DON'T OWE ME ANYTHING just help someone else if you get the chance. I thanked her again as I walked by her and she said don't come back just to pay me its ok & I Smiled & thought WOW if that's how everyone was what a wonderful world it would be...

Quick and easy best describes this Smith's on east flamingo, aways has plenty of cash register s open and someone there to help. There's even a Starbucks inside and a lounge incase you decide to grab a quick bite .the coolest is the holiday special spirits or limited bottles.

Great place to shop. Bigger place than others. Clean. Big selection. Friendly employees. Nice entrance and exit doors which makes it a lot easier for shoppers. No loitering with bothersome panhandling homeless on the property. Nice parking lot.

Very lovely grocery store in lovely Las Vegas. It's right on Flamingo so you know it's gonna be a glorious grocery shopping day. I like to go when it is sunny outside to add that extra layer of Las Vegas weather. The store is super clean and well organized. The employees are nice and friendly. I especially like Christopher. He is a gentleman and very kind. They have almost everything you are going to need so you don't have to make multiple stops at multiple stores to collect your weekly food stash. Their prices are right on as well. Check out the seasonal items while you're at it. My most recent trip brought me face-to-face with the Easter collection. Who doesn't love Easter?! Now you can stock up on all those holiday essentials while buying groceries. I like to call that a two-fer. Have a wonderful day friends.

A clean supermarket with many options of food I purchase regularly, like tofu, fresh produce, and meat alternatives.

I was shopping at Smith's today and upon going to self-checkout. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism by the front clerk, Andrea. She greeted me nicely upon walking up and assisted me with a few issues on my order that were because of me.
She really is an asset to your store and look forward to shopping there again!

You wouldn't think that the "fancy" Smiths would be on the east side. But this is the only one I have gone to that has this huge section of gourmet cheeses, jams and other treats. Whoever is responsible for that section, thanks!

This was my first time shopping at a Smith's after taking a nice long break and it was better than I expected. The store has a good layout and I could see people working hard in the deli, bakery, and Starbucks. Nothing was out of place. The only reason I could see some people not liking this location is they do have a lot of self-checkout and I think they may have had 3 regular registers open. I only bought 4 things, but I avoid it if I am buying grocery for the week or have a lot of produce. I also appreciate the security in the store because I have seen a lot of crazy shenanigans in Las Vegas stores, which is why I stopped shopping Smith's. Overall, nice store and friendly service.

So I notice that you guys recently have been having incidents and you don't get the credit that you deserve so here I am to say that I love this store. I love how kind the courtesy clerks are. And I admire them for the many things that they do. I love the way the cashiers treat us. Everyone does their best to answer every question. Everyone here cares. So a shout out to everyone for that!

Absolutely love this place , the staff and managers are friendly and treat everyone as an equal. Has very decent prices and sales , special brands that other stores don't have and honestly its my all time favorite grocery store. I don't go to any other smiths /stores because of the hospitality and positive vibes. No other store has treated me with respect And kindness like this place does. Highly recommend!! (:

Conveniently located in a shopping strip amongst a variety of other stores, ranging from a gym, quick chinese food to go, dry cleaners, dollar store, etc. This Smith's store has friendly staff, and I've never had to wait long in any checkout line. I love that they offer self-checkout, as well as express checkout, and of course, regular checkout lanes. The store is always clean and well stocked. I'm frequent shopper of this location. Bonus that its walking distance from my house, on days where the weather is tolerable.

In a time of need Tracy from the flower shop went above and beyond making 2 flower arrangements without much notice and not only that she was able to have them delivered on her own time thank you thank you from my heart to my family !! If you ever need any beautiful flower arrangements see Tracy she did an amazing job!! Also thank you to Emma for your help it's so nice to know you all care in my time of need & for that I am forever greatful !! And my family as well !!

Everyone was very responsive and friendly to all my inquiries. This was my first visit to the store since their renovation so I had plenty of questions about where everything was located. Since Friday was also "senior day", there were plenty of food demos going on and samples given ! This sample made me a lover of their fresh baked pizzas !!!! Over all, it is a friendly, well stocked, place to shop. My favorite is the produce department,,,,fresh fruit and veggies abound. ! ....and its next to pizza ovens ! Lolol

It was great. Wonderful. I moved from the neighborhood a few years ago, but on the way home following a nearby visit went in to spare myself Sunday (Christmas Eve) shopping.

This is Smith's (our local Kroger), not Sam Drucker's. (Google Green Acres if the reference makes no sense.) The staff there are nice, helpful. I visited with the security guard on the way out; she's glad not to work on Christmas.

My point isn't that I visited a grocery store that has sentimental value: rather, it's that this store did and does such a good job as to make that possible.

Because they have pretty good and well mannered employees working there.The checkers are great especially Laura on swing shift she is marvellous. She always smiling and willing to help everybody. She has a good knowledge of what's going on in the store and will point you straight to it or run over there and get it for you. She is an asset to the company.

Best place to find fresh ground peanut butter if you’re into that sort of thing. Other than that it’s a plane Jane type of grocer.
