Staples

Staples is one of my main go-to places for school/stationary supplies. Their sales are some of the best with 50¢ basic notebooks and decent pricing of the nicer brands. You can earn rewards and coupons through their app. You can also order online and get 1-hour pick up. Their customer service is great. I did an online order recently and had an issue with an item. The wireless mouse I ordered was missing its USB connector piece. I called customer service and the gentleman apologized and had a new one sent two days later(I offered to send the other one back[it's not usable] but he said it wasn't necessary) It was quick and easy and I was on the phone for about 5 min.

I had invites printed for my son's 1st birthday and Cindie was a HUGE help! From notifying me there was a coupon to use, to getting them ordered and picking them up she was great and so sweet! I will definitely come back to place orders with her again!

Stopped in to pick up a print that someone else had ordered for me. Turned out to be the wrong size. Cindie was incredibly helpful and reprinted it for me on the spot. Extremely helpful and kind. Great customer service!

Printing dept is fantastic. They went out of their way to help when I was in a crunch.

I went to have my resume stuff put on thicker paper. The two ladies working that morning were great. Showed me a variety of thickness examples…and checked prices for me as we went through it. I’m not the best with electronics and they helped me the whole way through. Wait time was maybe 5 minutes! I had a certificate printed…3 copies with two diff resumes color and black and white…total was around $5.

Shout-out to Zack. He was helpful and patient. I think in a lot of jobs like these people go numb to the fact that the purchases made there (mainly furniture) are big for people and aren't patient enough, but he was really good.

Other than that, yeah, it's what you'd expect from an office supply store. They sell office furniture, electronics like laptops and printers, as well as general supplies like good pens and paper. All interactions I've had with staff have been really nice, and the place is easy to navigate. You can often grab really cheap stuff from the huge clearance wall in the back, definitely recommend checking it out.

Did some printing here. The process to print is a little complicated with emails and codes and scans but the lady who explained it to me was patient and very helpful. I had about 400 pages spread across 14 documents to print and collate and put into a binder and it ended up taking somewhere around three hours. The finished product is awesome and I'm really grateful for the help.

They never notified me but it was done when I arrived. Attendant was super helpful to customer before me. Obviously new but very friendly

Excellent customer service with Joy in printing. She is so kind, helpful and understanding. She genuinely takes pride in her job. Highly recommend using her for any printing needs.

Easy to fax 18.00 was a little expensive but u have no choice when you have no fac machine

I shop at the Camp Hill store about once every month or two for my business.
The staff is always polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. They nearly always have what I need, and in the rare instances they don't, they're good at suggesting alternative products.
During today's visit, one of the things I wanted was a refill for my pen. Despite me making the mistake of throwing away my old one, the clerk looked at my pen, said he thought he knew which refill it took, and led me straight to the refills. He pulled one off the shelf and opened the pack to try it in my pen to confirm it fit. It did. I felt this was exceptional service for a $4 item.

I had Staples print my Christmas card and letter. I worked with JOY. She did a great job with my project. Superior customer service.

Best store for school supplies.
It is also a UPS drop off store open till 9 PM all days except sundays. Easy way to drop off big boxes even after USP stores close.

Manager was very helpful. Helped us to find some stuff and even got someone else nearby that really knew what they were talking about when it came to paper to help us.

I returned an unopened item a week after purchase. Despite the fact I didn't have a receipt, they happily located my purchase with my credit card. They offered a full refund, no "restocking fee"s or any questions asked. Thank you!

These guys are doing something right. Their competition is gone. Incidentally they have lots of inkjet and digital printers printers to select from.
