I with faith and confidence in AutoZone from my previous dealings with them, I came into the Purcell store with a problem that was unfamiliar to the staff there. They and especially Ray D listened to me and came up with a solution. That is excellent service anywhere! Thank you!

My daughter was on her way to Norman on Wed., 3/15 and unfortunately got a flat tire on her way. She was at a gas station close to AutoZone. I called AutoZone and a gentleman answered. I don't know his name, but he was most helpful when I asked if he knew of someone who could help my daughter with her tire. He recommended Bruce Sloan Tire Service, and his recommendation was excellent as my daughter was safely on her way in no time. My call to AutoZone generated no revenue for them, and the gentleman could have tried to quickly get me off the phone. Instead, he carefully thought about who could potentially help my daughter and passed along his recommendation. Maybe a small thing for him, but for me and our daughter he was incredibly helpful! The staff at this store are amazing! We had an alternator issue on a Sunday afternoon on the way back to Texas. We pulled into this store where they had the part, they lent us their tools and got us back on the road! They were the best!

Made a trip to WinStar in Oklahoma, and had some car troubles! This AutoZone has the parts I needed and I was able to fix my car in the parking lot and leave within a matter of minutes!

This has to be a girls favorite car parts place. Why you ask...1. they don't treat you like you don't have a clue about what you are going in there for...even when you are clueless (sent with a list). 2. they are always kind and helpful. I know "it's there job" but no these gentlemen and ladies go above and beyond to make sure what you got is what you need. 3. sometimes if it's an easy remove and replace they will even help you out and do it for you. Being disabled this is a big plus in my book. 4. their prices are good as well. So if you need something for your vehicle go see the friendly faces at AutoZone in Purcell. One of our best kept secrets...well not not. :)

My car has been acting up. Found out it was a bad battery. I went to the AutoZone in Purcell at 8:50pm and they got me taken care of. The battery in my car is replaced. I was heading home within 5 minutes of getting there. Rick and the guy who was closing with him were awesome and fast. Thank you AutoZone for getting me back on the road fast. Y'all are awesome!!!!!

I have been an AutoZone customer since I was 13 I even work there back in high school what I like about that place cuz they don't steer you wrong also notice through the years they're willing to go the mile to dig into detail for information for you about parts that you are looking into few other parts houses I have been to have not had the best experience in some cases put the part on the countertop say I think this is it and send you on your way AutoZone does not do that just another reason why I do not mind driving across town to AutoZone good for you keep up the good work

The manager was a real lifesaver! They didn't have the belt that I needed but he was able to find a solution to that problem despite the bad situation! He was even able to help without with a discounted part that I need! The workers all do their best to help out any customer with car problems! Highly recommended! And Great customer service!!

Going back and editing reviews that need it. Some here don't know much any automobiles and make up what they don't know. Sometimes they are right and sometimes not lol. Now there is a older guy there most of the time named rick. He is by far one of the best auto parts guys I've ever met. If I'm ever in doubt about what i need i always call and see if he's there first. Everyone is nice here though and try their best to help.

Friendly and fast service

I had to replace a fuel pump went here. The manager match priced it even though I didn't think she would because it was a large difference. They were more helpful than other discounts chains, even their own stores. It is a bit out of my way but I will use them for all my parts needs now.

Love them they help me every time I have been there, they have came out an check things under the hood of my vehicle an have gave God advice , nice people work there

was on my way to texas when my oil light came on. was about a little over an hour away from home so i stopped here bc it was the nearest place. aaron absolutely made my day. he helped me so much without treating me like i was stupid which was super reassuring for someone afraid to talk to people. he went above and beyond to help me out and even gave me nearly half off on my oil and put it in my car in no time. super nice guy and very very helpful. i can’t stress that enough, great place and people. wish i could’ve tipped or something. they deserve it.

They took the 25 gallons of used motor oil that I have collected from my two motorcycles, diesel pickup, and the wife's Enclave over the last year and had a 5 gallon bucket of Rotella 15w-40 diesel oil in stock that I used my $20 rewards towards. Good trip.

We went to O'Reilly's twice and got the wrong part both times so we went to autozone. We finally got the right part. The guys in there were fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going there from now on!

We came it to set a socket ranch then later came it to get a headlight, nice store, friendly employees & it was easy to find what we was looking for. Worth 5 stars every time.

This location was fabulous! We broke down and the evening manager and young man went above and beyond to assist us with our serpentine belt and etc. Highly recommend this location.
