The store is well clean. Sam and his wife will introduce themselves and will provide any help or assistance when purchasing.

They will make you feel as your part of the neighborhood family. This store is a great asset to the neighborhood. They are consistent in their hours.

Sam is the greatest! I have never had a favorite convenient store before much less written a review of one. But I love stopping in here and being greeted with Sam’s smiling face. He is so kind, patient, positive, and brightens everyone’s day. Ann st mini mart is easily a five star store!

We go here every morning for coffee! Sam is the best, he always makes sure to have the items we love in stock. We highly recommend the Ann street mini mart for any of your needs!

The Best kept and vibrant new store at downtown stroudsburg. Make it Your daily store. No need to go to dirty gas station stores around any more. It's right behind YMCA. Best Coffee ever !

Sam, the owner, is very helpful. They are always stocked and always clean. The place looks amazing! When they didn’t have this one drink we wanted he ordered it and within the week it was there! He goes above and beyond!This is mine and my sisters favorite spot!

I new sam from Delaware water gap gas station. Wonderful wonderful person and has always taken care of his customers like no other.

Sam and his wife (the owners) are the nicest. They even gifted me a lotion. As soon as I walk in they know my usual purchase. And I finally found a place that carry the cookies I love. A true home town convenience store.

I go there for my coffee each morning. Their coffee is way better than anywhere...better than wawa,Dunkin or Starbucks.

Great, clean spot in the cut of town. The clerk was extremely likeable and friendly. Alot cheaper than Wawa and is great since there's a hotel not too far from them.

This place is great! Sam the owner is so accommodating. I mentioned he didn't have a certain soft drink I like and the next week he let me know he had it! The place is super clean, and it's not a chain! Reminds me of old times.

This Mini Mart always has something I want to try. It is always clean and fully stocked. They have a little bit of everything, so they might be able to help you out in a pinch (milk, cereal, motor oil, ect.) And very friendly. Oh, they also have my favorite XL burritos!
