AT&T Store

We stopped in just to see if there were any deals and check some prices on plans and phones. We were thinking about switching to AT&T. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by Bailey. She sat down with us and went over everything we were looking for and what all our options were. She was able to answer every question we had and made the switch over to AT&T seamless. Thank you Bailey and to all the sales team at this store. We had a great experience.

Cameron helped me earlier today with a simple issue. He was as polite and friendly as he was knowledgeable and efficient. Would recommend him and subsequently this location to anyone.

Bailey has been the absolute best salesperson we have ever encountered when purchasing new cell phones. She was so confident that she could help us, we took the leap from Verizon to AT&T. We are so glad we did!

Wanted to upgrade from an IPhone 12 to 15 Pro and Cam was very helpful during the entire process. He wrote the price differences for us and depending on the model what the cost difference would be. We came in a week later and lost the paper and he wrote us up a new one without a second thought about it. He helped us upgrade very quick and helped out alot! He was also able to answer any question we had.

We ended a 40-year association with Verizon today. Bailey, our salesperson at ATT in Butler, PA, was fantastic, knowledgeable, and assured. We look forward to being a ATT customer.

Update on Sept. 29th A serious problem developed with my upgraded wireless account that left my new phone partially non-functional and no one seemed to know why, including many at the corporate level. Devon persisted for at least six hours over the course of yesterday and today until the problem was corrected. So 10/10 to Devon as well. Actually, make that a 20/10. This is a great store!

Brent was absolutely fantastic. He was completely helpful, answered my questions and took the time to migrate data from my old phone to my new one. 10/10!

Went in and got a new phone today and Cameron helped me. Very nice guy very helpful knew what he was talking about gave us tips about our new phones. Seemed like a gentlemen but cool at the same time. Would 100% recommend to anyone buying a new phone.

We purchased a new phone plan with At&t , Amanda was out customer store service rep and she did a fantastic job, she was able to find some discounts. She was very thorough and fun at the same time. We never felt pressured or confused at any point. Let me tell you this , the service was good enough that I felt the need to write a review.

I worked with Justin up at the butler store. Absolutely the best representative I have ever dealt with. Didn't use the "salesman" card and was extremely honest and got me everything I needed. Definitely recommend waiting for him to deal with if you are patient!

Previous experience with same attendant went very poor. As a matter of fact when I saw she would be my attendant this day, i started off by saying, 'I hope we can leave the past behind us'. So, this is an edit from a one-star review. Same attendant different attitude (testament to anyone having a bad day). Really pleasant experience with attendant and all options detailed. Attendant did have to work very hard to extract and import all data from old phone to new phone (which had limited scree visibility) - and did it with a smile. Kiddos to you and thank you.... maybe I was the difficult one last time?
