Such a pleasure to shop somewhere that treats the customer like they’re glad you’re there! I was asked many times if I needed any help and the clerks were sincere. I also had a clerk go to the trouble to find a pair of pants when I couldn’t locate them. Excellent Big and Tall department for my husband. Pleasant place to shop!

I was really happy with the customer service I received while shopping. They also had some cool items and sizes I could not find at other places.

Store is very well kept always keeping up with in season fashion. Helpful and friendly staff I can easily navigate my way through the store.

Great experience at this location. I found my wedding Jewelry and the associate who helped was so nice. All the employees we came into contact with were all so friendly and helpful.

We always enjoy our experience at Dillards especially in the men’s polo section in the men’s shoes. I had a great time checking out shoes the last time I went and was assisted by two gentlemen who clearly knew what they were doing and understood customer needs. One of my favorite department stores! Please keep up the good work and thank you for weathering the Covid storm and providing products to the public.

James in the men's department waited on me the other day, I couldn't have asked for a better sales person. He took his time with me talked to me about how I just missed the big sale LOL but directed me to a few areas where things may be still on sale. From now on James is my guy in the men's wear department!

Had an absolutely amazing experience today at Dillards. Got off escalator not knowing where to find dresses and an employee saw I was wondering where to go. She took me straight to the dresses and had an employee in that department help me shop. They both asked questions as to what occasions I needed the dress for and when it was. I felt as if I had my own personal shopper. She helped me out so much! I had been somewhere else prior to Dillards, no one there to help me or answer questions. I will definitely keep shopping at Dillards. Keep up the great work. The other store lost my business.

An absolutely wonderful woman was working the women's intimate apparel department during my visit to the mall. She was very knowledgeable and helped me so much. Even though she was helping many women, she still made me feel like I was important and that she valued my patronage.

This is most definitely the best department store I have ever been in. I went here while I was at the Great Northern Mall and was immensely satisfied with my experience. I walked into this store and walked around the first floor, which has a purse section with designer brands, an area with Kate Spade merchanidse, and an area with Ralph Lauren merchandise (easily the best part of this already amazing store). After I walked around everywhere in the first floor, I went up the store’s escalator to the second floor, which is an entire floor of women’s clothes. I’m not a woman, so I didn’t walk around that floor. I then went up to the store’s third floor, which had furniture and children’s clothes for sale. There were lots of beds and pillows, and they all looked like something a 50 year old Facebook mom would have in their house. After I walked around the third floor of this store, I went back down to the first floor and left the store, immensely satisfied with my experience. I gave this amazing store five stars because it has great products, and it’s very classy at an affordable price. It’s just like Saks Fifth Avenue, but actually affordable, which is nice. This store has an entire section dedicated to Ralph Lauren merchandise, which is absolutely amazing and very nice.

I was looking for a Tom Ford fragrance but didn't know the sub type. 3 associates helped me discover which fragrance I was searching for. Excellent customer service! Very reasonable prices

Met up here for a discreet encounter in the dressing room. It wasn't my idea and I didn't know how it would go. But the employees were so nice and the fitting rooms were very clean. All that plus Bae. My mind was blown. Omj

Had a very nice visit, Nicole was very nice and helpful. I asked for samples wanting to try something better and different with my beauty regiment. She nicely complied and gave me skin care creams as well as a more "appropriate" foundation for my age and skin tone. My only complaint would be, when she greeted me I was looking at lip liners and she asked if I needed a sharpener. When I said yes, I thought she meant a small one as in offering me one. I wasn't expecting a bigger one that cost me $10.00. I did not need one for that price when other make up counters just throw a small one in as "gift" or the little extras they throw in your bag with your purchases. She was talking through the whole checkout, so I wasn't paying close attention. I looked at receipt in car and saw why amount was higher than I expected. I would prefer that the sales person tell me when asking if I need one that they are "this amount" of money.
