Because the team at the Quakertown location is the best at customer service and they always remember us. They are always willing to help and support us even when we travel. Thank you to all of the team there!

I always go to the UPS store in Quakertown. Staff are always positive and helpful. I don’t ship things often, so I appreciate them explaining all my options involved.

Kamalah was extremely helpful and patient in fulfilling my request. I honestly thought I would be told that I cannot be helped but Kamala went above and beyond to get me just what I needed. I needed help getting proof of a return package that I made a week ago! I didn’t have my receipt and all I had was my QR return code. And Kamala patiently jotted down the number for the QR code and looked up the status of that package and printed it out for me! And she did this all the while having a pleasant and humidors attitude. Thanx!

I just left from the UPS Store where I literally held the staff hostage. I had so many tedious returns that I had to keep processing through my phone. I didn't have my glasses, and I'm not very technically savvy. The staff were so accommodating they helped me through every little hiccup.Made jokes to add leverty to my situation. It probably took me 45 minutes for me to navigate through my phone.they kept it that I could return them all on one label instead of 15, which is probably what I would've end up having to do if I managed It completely on my own. They didn't rush me they taught me. They were kind. They were funny. They were attainable. Kamalah, Matt and Stan were and are amazing!
The store is run by an excellent supervisor that leads by example and staff that clearly want to live up to his standard of excellence.
It is so nice to get good knowledgeable service service in a nice atmosphere and with a laugh or two.

There wasn’t even a line, but when I walked in, a worker ran back to the front to help me out. Very nice and made the drop off extremely easy.

Kim, Sylvia and Kamala were very nice to me in spite of having many big boxes to ship internationally. They were patient and helpful. Give them a raise!

I have been to the Quakertown store alot lately and everyone is very helpful and friendly. They are also patient while I go through the steps on my phone to get to the qr code ready.

Kathy at the Quakertown ups store is so helpful and kind. Even tho it can be busy when i go in she always keeps it very professional and smooth!

The reason for my rating is because the employees are always pleasant, polite, and very professional. The location is always very clean and organized.

As soon as I walked in the door, they greeted me with a smile. That’s a huge plus great job team.

This store has longer hours than others in the area, it’s very conveniently located near lots of other stores, and the service is stellar! The two charming ladies who attended to me this afternoon (Kristin, and Diamond) were excellent!

The main thing I’m looking for in customer service is speed. The folks at this particular UPS Store move like greased lightning! I shipped a pretty large and heavy box in less time than I’ve spent in line at other locations. I highly recommend this store!

It was so quick and easy to ship my box, and the fellow at the front desk was very helpful and kind!

I just got off the phone with a lovely woman whose name was Kristen, who was so patient, professional knowledgeable about her job, and she was very kind, as well as very patient to me. She was so sweet to me, and she took her time explaining everything that was going on with my packages even though she was having problems with the computer. I always have the greatest customer service from this UPS so SHOUT OUT to Kristen and Britney I don’t know what I would do without you guys (seriously )thank you , you guys rock and I feel very lucky every time that you guys help me because both of you go way above and beyond the expectation of your job title and I can tell you right now these people work from the heart to try to get your packages taken care of and they put everything into it and they go the extra mile and that means sooooo much too me. 1000 thank you,s still won’t be enough but thank you.

Forgot his name but he said he was the GM he notarized some papers for me. He was the best very relatable and over all kind guy

I have used the Harleysville and the Gilbertsville stores.
Harleysville is not really convenient for me. Staff was very pleasant and efficient.
Gilbertsville ladies were not accommodating
Forced me to use kiosk, and were unfriendly
I had 13 returns.
I always feel I’m bothering them when I’m there and at this point I refuse to use this store.
Quakertown service is exceptional,
Ladies there are friendly, knowledgeable and always go out of their way to make your visit a pleasant one.

I went to this location today to make a return as I have done many times in the past. I had to write this review because I am always so impressed by the ease of the transaction. Kristin took care of me today and was so helpful and informative. I have never waited for more than a couple of minutes at this location, and I always leave with such a good feeling. Everyone is great there. Never a problem!

Went in tonight with 15 packages to return! Of course it wasn’t easy and the scanner wouldn’t work, but two ladies, Kim and Kristen were there to troubleshoot and were successful in getting my packages scanned and off to their appropriate destination! Thank you ladies and thank you UPS, Quakertown!
