AT&T Store

My problem was taken care of right away. The rep knew right away what was wrong with my phone and it was an easy fix. It could have cost me a new phone but it was only the SD card that needed to be replaced. An easy $12 fix and my phone is going strong again.

My boyfriend and I went in to get him an upgraded phone, Ellie helped us through the process and was so very sweet & kind to us! We ran into a few hiccups and Ellie was so helpful through them all. Great customer service 😊

They were amazing. Been fighting over our plan since March. The gals in the store got it settled and fixed a couple issues with devices.

Excellent place to do business in Staffing are very courteous professional very knowledgeable of whatever your problem may be there never short to task quick and efficient no complaints of this store or at staff whatsoever

The customer service was great and very prompt. Eric Amantite was very personable, knowledgeable, and an all-around pleasure to do business with. He helped me identify and solve my problems with the best solutions. I was worried I would have to switch providers after the loss of stores in my area, but I think Eric's customer service skills is enough to keep me coming back for years.

Once we were assisted by a representative, our visit very smooth. Initially, we did encounter some wait time due to the store being quite busy. However, after about 10 minutes, a person who seemed to be the manager (I'm not the best at remembering names) kindly informed us that there would be a slight wait as there were customers ahead of us.
This gesture of communication really made our day and added to our positive experience at the store.

Eric was the biggest help! I was able to get my new phone, watch and all accessories without any hassle. He was quick, efficient and professional. I’m very grateful this process was not a headache and done quickly.

I walked into the store last night extremely frustrated by ATT agents on the phone I had been dealing with and couldn’t get my issue resolved. I was greeted by a guy named Eric and I’m pretty sure he knew I was upset. He has a calm professional demeanor and quickly got into what my issue was so he could take care of it and he did just that, with ten minutes I was on my way out the door completely diffused of my anger and frustration and no more issues. Employees like that are very rare these days. From a consumer perspective he is definitely a valuable asset to that company.

My old phone was ghosting me !! So, it was time for an upgrade!! I worked with a new associate and her trainer !! I wasn’t in a rush so, it worked out well for both of us !! People need to remember that we all were there, the first day on the job !! Be patient and be kind!!

We had 2 excellent professional individuals who I believed stayed overtime just to help us be satisfied and knowledgeable of our purchases! We are very glad that we were able to work with them and walk away feeling great!

The man that helped us (I don't remember his name now as i am bad with names sometimes) was phenomenal at his job and he gave us excellent customer service. He helped me select my phone and get it hooked up and ready to roll in no time. We were in a hurry and let him know that in the beginning of our visit and he reassured us that we were in good hands. Thanks for such a pleasant experience purchasing my new phone.

Walked in and was immediately greeted and taken care of by the representative. Helped me with showing me my options and was in and out within 15 minutes! I am going to continue to give them the business instead of the online option and the big box stores.

This review is for Austin at the Hilltop Center AT&T store in Redding CA. What a pleasant experience it was working with him on 12/11/2022. He assisted me kindly and patiently. In addition, he is very knowledgeable on your subject matter. I saw him interacting with other customers when I visited the store the day prior on 12/10/2022 and noticed how well he was interacting with them. I wish I'd had his help that day too! You are fortunate to have an employee like Austin!

For someone who is usually frustrated with AT&T I gotta say I had a great experience here. Steven is an excellent employee who really goes out of his way to make sure you’re taken care of. I was highly satisfied with the service!

My experience at At&t was a breath of fresh air after having a horrible experience at another company. They wouldn't allow my client to get the phone of her choosing. Everyone we encountered in the store was wonderful. Travis Peterson was the one who assisted us and he was a dream. So nice and helpful. He was went above and beyond to help my client. He even brought a chair to where we were sitting so that my client was comfortable and didn't have to move. It was thought and considerate of him. He made sure explain everything and help find the right fit for my client. He was kind and engaging with my client, making sure she got what she wanted. Great customer service! Give Travis a raise. I will most definitely recommend in the future.

Excellent service. Romy and Manager Jeremiah were able to fix an issue that at&t has not been able to fix in almost 2 years! I'm beyond happy with the service I received from this store and will be back to this location in particular for the service I have got here! I’ve been helped several times by Amber in your store and she has always made the experience enjoyable! She is kind and knowledgeable. She was personable with my grandma who I brought into the store with me one time. I really appreciated her positive energy and her ability to make such a daunting task into something somewhat pleasant.
