The UPS Store

the service was excellent. She assisted me helping to fill all the information ( English is not my first language) and she was patient with me when I didn't understand her, she repeat it slowly or in simpler way that help me understand her clearly.

I can get really anxious when doing things, especially when I don't do it often. Like shipping things. My experience at this store was great. Everyone was great, but I had a special interaction with the manager. I can't remember her name, but she had bright blue/green hair. I think she could tell I was anxious. She was very personable and did a good job at making the process easy and quick. Couldn't have asked for better help. I'll be sure to come back if I need to ship anything else.

I was greeted and helped as soon as I came in, quality lamination job just recently, but I always use this UPS Store for all my shipping needs ❤

Very helpful and friendly every time. Always efficient and everything goes smoothly. I’ve been there for passport photos, fingerprinting, and shipping, and the service is consistently great. Shout out to the new guy and the girl with the heart lenses that helped me today! She was so knowledgeable and I really appreciate her determination in solving my problem. Trying to get my package sent at the post office had been so stressful and these two really helped me out. You rock!

I walk in and there was 10 people ahead of me! The staff was working hard and kept a great disposition!! Friendly service with a smile even though it was busy and a very long line! Great people working there!!!

Chelsea is an amazing, cheerful worker and exceeded my expectations with shipping a difficult item. I also came in a bad mood but she sure did cheer me up and I left smiling. :)

I frequent this store often. They hire hardworking, diverse staff who are generally pleasant and helpful. There are long lines during holidays and lunch hours but the line usually moves quickly. I prefer this store over the Post Office. Finding parking can be tricky, though!

I have to admit I did not know exactly what I needed in order to ship a few packages, and I felt a little silly but the green haired girl at the desk helped me figure it out and was SO INCREDIBLE and nice!! At one point, I even gave her the wrong information but she caught MY mistake and helped me fix it! 💚 Thank you!!

The level of service is great. I like the self serve kiosk for packages that are already boxed and labeled. It takes pressure off of the workers and helps keep lines short. Also the fast track lane for returns packages is also a good idea.

trying to return an amazon package, i walked in to see a 20 person line, but was so grateful to see the self service Amazon return kiosk! i was in and out of there in under 5 mins! (not 100% sure, but this kiosk might only work if you have small or medium packages to return).

I have gone into this UPS store on several occasions and always receive great customer service. Today while trying to find out about a refund on a return I did, I could not find my tracking number and after about an hour of chatting online and talking on the phone with UPS customer service they pretty much told me I was out of luck (even though I paid for insurance and had all the information they needed). I called this branch and Katie helped me get my tracking information. I am very grateful!
