I had my husband picked up my sons varsity jacket today cause I'm off work due to covid and the jacket was not what we expected. The music note embroidery was too small on what my son and I had asked originally. A blonde lady took our order originally and we specifically asked her if we can make it bigger, as big as it will go across the jacket. However, that was not the case. When I called to informed them, of what had happened. I've spoken to a guy who was very rude. Try to tell me he gets so many orders and doesn't even remember me. Well I get it, you probably do get a lot of orders, but I am a paying customer and I just paid 300 dollars on a jacket and it wasn't what I expected. All he can tell me is they can add to it because they can't re-do it which will cost extra money. Never apologizing for any screw-up that was done. Then he's saying I have to wait another 3 weeks before it gets done again. We wanted the jacket for my son's senior pictures that I had scheduled for Sunday 10-23. So waiting another 3 weeks was not an option. I just told them never mine. I'll eat up the cost. But just know I will never do business here again and I will make sure other people know how you treat your paying customer. Look at the picture below, Look how small that music note embroidery. That's not what we asked for. My son and I are very disappointed which is sad cause this place came highly recommended.

Miranda is very unprofessional and being from jackson and knowing just about every major sports team in the area I will make sure I pass on the word!
