AT&T Store

I very rarely write a review, unless the service is remarkable, good or bad. Under considerably adverse conditions, ROXANNA proved to be a superstar! She was alone in the store, handled 4 customers with extremely difficult issues, and set up my new phone, and transferred all my data, without breaking a sweat, while being helpful patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. OK, I was there for over an hour, but I got fantastic service and a show!

Kaleigh is the BEST! I had arrived at the store completely undone with automated worries and she took it apart and put me back better than new! Thank you!

I brought my mother in law in here and we ended up being in here all day trying to fix somethings ... the associate was so incredibly kind and did everything to help us get thru it . The manager came on shift while we were still there and we eneded up facing more issues and she was able to help us resolve them and I just want to say this has been my best encounter with any mobile service provider! They were so patient . And idk it was a long day but things got resolved !

Hugo Hugo Hugo. The experience couldn't have been better. Soon as I walked into the store I was immediately greeted by Hugo who was assisting another customer. I couldn't help but to eavesdrop in their conversation. He was sooooooooo patient and informative with her. I came in because my SIM card decided to stop working and knew I was in great hands with Hugo. The entire replacement process took less than 10 minutes. The level of professionalism was awesome and his attention to detail was second to none. Thank you Hugo for your help and for the top notch level of service you provided today

After a long horrible series of events..I staggered into AT&T to see if I had completely ruined my phone. Well, I did. But Marc gave me options and was so helpful. I was almost in tears sitting there and was so thankful that he made it so easy for me. Honestly he was the light to the end of my tunnel and I am truly grateful for his grace. Thank you Marc.

Tyler and Kristina did a fantastic job of saving me money on my monthly payment. Their process was through and detailed. They kept me posted step by step of the process and helped me save money. Their friendly service is the reason I came to this store.

Kristina hooked it up. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She went through the trouble of setting my entire phone up in store. Usually getting a new phone or accessory is a cumbersome process but she handled it every step of the way. I wish more experiences with AT&T had the same level of customer service Kristina exhibited. 10/10. Will return.

Excellent personalized customer service. I had been struggling with an issue dealing with billing for almost 8 months. I had been calling 1-800 numbers to try and fix my bill and couldn’t get them to get the bill right. I made an appointment to come in store and get this fixed. Amanda was very professional and helpful. She figured out what was wrong and fixed it. Thank you Amanda!

Absolutely wonderful experience at this new location. Was immediately greeted my Gio and Jose helped with my phone situation. Jose turned my experience around immediately after having a such negative experience with the Simi Valley Town Center location. Highly recommend this new store.

To confirm that they had followed through with what we had discussed! I highly recommend the Sycamore ATT if u want the job done right and if u have high expectations for efficient and professional customer service.

All the people at this located store are nice and they all had patience with all my questions and answered all my questions. Some answers I was having a hard time understanding and they broke down the answer so I could understand better. I recommend this store to anyone. They are very a small store which I feel makes it more pleasurable to be in. I will be going to this store for all of my questions I need help with on my new cell phone.

When you walk into the store you are immediately greeted, unlike at the Town Center store. Shannon & Company were not friendly, helpful and KNOWLEDGEABLE! They got all of my issues resolved. Thumbs up Shannon

Krysnie Tran the manager there was very nice and patient. She helped me with my phone issues and billing. I've never met anyone that would take their time to help me with my issues. Other stores and reps would just tell me to call customer service myself but not Krysnie. She called customer service for me and talked to customer service herself to help me resolved my billing issues. I will definitely refer Krysnie to all my friends and family and to her store. Very professional and get things done.
