Ross Dress for Less

I always find great deals here, not just for clothes, but purses and shoes!! Gift items, like picture frames and beauty products already in sets ready to give for birthdays and special occasions!!

I visited on 13 February 2024 and my experience was great,

I have visited several Ross Stores but this one was unlike the other stores I have visited in the past and was extremely fantastic and showed great customer service,
I was in the store early around a 10am timeframe and when I arrived I was immediately told ' Good Morning ' by the Loss Prevention Officer , I actually noticed that she told everyone Good Morning that came through the door, She had very positive early morning energy so that is something that can keep customers uplifted and continue coming to this store.

I was also able to find something I was interested in buying which was a GUESS Bag and Nautica SB's, So the selection of clothing, luggage, and personal care items is awesome.

I highly recommend this store, And will definitely be a return visitor.

Great prices but I saw a lady walk out with an arm full of clothes still on hangars and security let them walk right out

This Ross realized there was a bad line any opened up a second dressing room. They also have an Amazon locker.

The guy at the register was fast, professional, and did his best to make every customer smile.

I've never had this good of service at a discount store. The security was exceptionally great.

Love it. I picked up this little Moka pot and Harry Potter coffee mug there.

Easy checkout. I enjoyed my shopping experience. There was also a greater at the door which made the store seem hospitable when you walk in.

The experience was five stars, the checkout process was long. There was only 2 cashiers working on 2 out of 8 checkout lanes. The cashierwe had was quick once we got up to the front.

They had winter jackets that were just perfect.... While was there I also wanted to exchange a couple of long pants but decided to shop first. While shopping I lost the receipt a sales person help me look the when we could find it the she went to the desk and fixed it so I could exchange. Later we did find the receipt. I wish I knew he name because she was just amazing. Ross you are so blessed to have her. Thank you

I love how stocked they were, especially with the purses. I walked out with 3 purses that I just couldn't pass up!

So nice having a Ross in the neighborhood! Always a great deal to be had on name brand, quality merchandise! This particular Ross is always kept clean and organized no matter how many "deal hunters" make their way through the isles... If you want to save a few dollars on merchandise that's well worth much more than you end up parting with at checkout, you can't go wrong with Ross!

I Shop at Ross for a Real discount for clothes,shoes,handbags or essentials for the home. The employees here are friendly, helpful and respectful. Ross will always be one of my favorite places to shop whenever I need a discount.

Went there for a a beanie and a pair of sunglasses 😎. Ended up spending $82.90 on other nessesitys. Love the deals and the spread out item convenience and cleanliness. Such a helpful staff and from walking in It was so welcoming I'm definitely returning and often!!!!

Friendly staff some agents on the door by loss prevention,have a bad attitude but no all people we going on plces like this go to stole the merchandise

Selection of shoes was limited, they had 3 o4 nice pairs that suits my size.
Its always important to be on the look for new arrivals. They usually get new items on Tuesdays and Wednesdays early evening.

I really liked my experience here. I was walked over to an area by one employee when I asked where something was. Afterwards when I was just looking at some clothes I heard one of the employees greeting people and being pleasant as she walked towards the front. She greeted me and seemed kind and genuine. I heard a she continued on down towards the front of the store and offered to help another customer that was waiting. I tracked her down later and had to thank her and get her name. Veronica. I saw that she was the manager and said it made sense that she'd have great customer service, but honestly I've been in and out of Rosses more often than I should these last few months (literally like 4 trips a week) and I've hit them in Phoenix valley, Kingman, Vegas, Reno, Sacramento and I've been to many throughout the years and this is the first time I've had someone give this great of service. It's even more special due to the fact that we're in covid times and most people walk around with seemingly the weight of the world in their shoulders. It was truly a breath of fresh air.
