The UPS Store

This is a model UPS store, the customer service and offerings of this store should be a template for other independently owned franchise locations to follow. I was going to this location for years when I lived in the area, and they were consistently well staffed with very friendly customer service representatives. They offer every service I've ever seen advertised at a UPS Store and my only complaint is that there aren't more franchise locations that operate like the one in Scotts Valley.

Use this. Store for all my business shipping needs. 90% of my experience is. Great. Kevin is always very helpful. And Amy is always helpful and fast. Some of the young men that work there could really learn from those 2. But over all we love using this store.

I don't always find myself need shipping or notary services when I am in the Scotts Valley area, but when I do...I always make sure to stop by this store. The customer service trumps all other nearby stores (which there are not a lot of). I full trust them with all of my shipping and packing needs and notary as well. It seems like they are always trying to get me the best deal not just the most expensive option and I really appreciate that.

My insurance has been throwing me for a loop and I’ve had to visit your location multiple times in the last few weeks. Every time I go, Shen is there and greets me by name and helps me figure out exactly what I need. I have also noticed that he’s very personable, and helpful to everyone regardless of how busy it is. Rockstar employee!

I am adding to a previous great review with another great review! I want to thank Linzy, I needed help with a printing job and he told me to have a seat and helped me in between customers! It was 20 mins. Before the store closed but reassured me that the emails I NEEDED I would have before the store closed!

I have visited the Scotts Valley store #0833 several times recently and Kevin has always went way above and beyond what is expected. I have come to rely on this store if I have questions
I am confident I always will get accurate information. I am always met with a smile and willingness to be as helpful as possible. If you want great customer service THIS is the store to visit!

services including a postal box for many years. I continue to be impressed by KEVIN. He is so dedicated to provide the best service possible and it shows in every interaction I have had. He is definitely a five star employee, professional, respectful, and with a wonderful sense of humor. He always goes above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

This busy UPS store has exceptional staff. One employee in particular truly stands out to me, Kevin. Regardless of how busy the store is, he greets everyone with a smile and great customer service. What impresses me the most is how consistent he is in his behaviors and attitude with all customers. Keep up the great work Scotts Valley UPS team. We appreciate you.

UPDATE/DECEMBER '22: I'd like to add two more outstanding employees to my review: BRITTANY AND JAKE. They are all incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional! Brittany has made a special effort to check on some deliveries I had made to the store, and each time she made my day with her positive attitude and excellent listening skills.

I always enjoy going to this business because I know I will be helped by a great team. Every employee I've interacted has been friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional.

All of them also have great personalities for working with the public. I must mention two employees in particular, although I don't know the names of several other wonderful employees who have helped me in the past, and I plan to find out their names for a future review. First, there is Amy, who is absolutely astounding and a gem! She is incredibly patient, hardworking, and she wants to do whatever she can to help each and every customer. Amy makes me feel taken care of as a loyal customer. Asia is also excellent and patient, helpful, and warm! Other local businesses would do well to emulate the hiring practices of The UPS Store Scotts Valley. I'm thankful it exists and I highly recommend it.

The workers are always so helpful and friendly. I know that I will have a pleasant experience anytime I come in!

I use this business frequently. I am always, 150% impressed by the customer service. The employees smile, make eye co tact and make you feel like a valued customer. Asia and Brittany once again made my day with their sunny disposition and superb customer service. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, shall I go on? These employees should be cherished for dedicated staff is hard to come by in these times. 😎

Kevin went above and beyond to help me change the size of a photo and then make color copies. He was polite and kind. And when I left my originals in the store, he followed me in the rain to my car to return them to me. Asia and Jake managed the other customers in a professional manner while Kevin was helping me.
It's so uplifting to be treated so nicely. Great customer service!

I needed some flyers printed and Linzy - the Manager - was very helpful, kind and did a great job of taking care of my request! I highly recommend this store for printing needs.

I have always had a wonderful experience at this location. All of the workers are kind and social. Kevin Rendon was a huge help to me. Wishing this place and all of its workers the best!

I've typically have good experiences here. Brittany is especially helpful and pleasant. There are others as well. A couple times I've run into someone new and they were not too great. One girl was checking her phone while "helping" me and she would have forgotten to charge me for a $50.00 plus copying job if I hadn't reminded her. Being obsessed with your phone while working with a customer is not good. Thankfully, employees like Brittany and other employees that have been around a while make up for it.

Excellent service from Jake today, and staff here in general are extremely helpful.

Friday April 22, 2022. Had to return a few items to Amazon today & Kevin was the young man who helped me! Such a pleasant person & helpful & professional. I've always had good service at this store but today it was especially nice. Must be because it's Earth Day! So thank you, Kevin. You helped my morning be cheerful & fun as well as getting my returns done!
