CVS

The wait in the pharmacy line is not too bad. While picking up some meds, I was asked if I wanted a flu shot. This did not take long. Maybe 5 minutes in the waiting area, then filled out a couple of short question forms. Went to the shot area and in a couple of minutes received the shot. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

I wanted to give a special shout out to Derek in the pharmacy! He went above and beyond trying to figure out the issue we were having with my insurance and, even though it wasn't fixed the day of me calling (through no fault of his own), got it figured out and my prescription was ready the next day before I even had a chance to check up on it. I really can't thank him and the whole team enough for the effort they put in!

I have been with and at this location of ( Longs, or CVS ) at least 30 years. The employees there are like family Jonah in Photo and all the people in Pharmacy and the rest in the store. I emphasized the Photo and the Pharmacy because they are exceptional and have gone out of their way so may times for the last 30 years to help me. In 1987 I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and I have gotten all of my medication at this pharmacy. The first seven years of my disease were so rough at times I had difficulty writing my left side from the neck down was paralyzed and the right side is numb and has no feeling from the neck down. I still tried to walk and get around, the pharmacy was there and let write as much as I could then when I needed help they took over and wrote the rest for me. When my medication was expensive but I had to have it, it was necessary to sustain daily living they got it covered. I went to Hawaii and I take injections every other day and they got them to me over night and they were refrigerated. This pharmacy has gone out of their way for my daughter and I and I see them so busy and people are in line getting so mad talking about waiting and I just speak up because they work their fingers to the bone every day and work as fast as they can. CVS is the fastest pharmacy in Lodi, I have tried the others in cases when they were out of a medication and I had to wait and the other pharmacy's had a hard time with my insurance. I am telling you they have very smart people working at CVS pharmacy and I am proud to be a part of their family for 21 years. It feels good when the employee's all know you by name and can even tell if I am having a good day or a bad day. The Photography department is just as awesome, they developed all my wedding pictures and the lady took so much time with me and was patient showing me how to use the machine. The photography department can get very busy and most the time there is only one person working and their hands are full developing film and helping customers. I feel bad for the people who work customer service or behind a register, because you have people in line but you will always get those people that just walk up and cut in line and just start talking to the employee. That is not the employee's fault but now they have an awkward situation on their hands. They must think which person looks more patient and understanding and less likely to make a fuss. They then proceed to tell the person that cut in line what they need to hear so they can quickly move on to the customer that was next in line. The employee is a trained professional that is trying to handle the situation the best possible way so they can get to everyone in line without creating a problem. If your life is in that much of a hurry then maybe you need to go some where else. I understand in life there will be moments that we will have to wait for other people, and waiting for someone to help me with the quality of care and products that come from CVS is definitely worth the wait any day any time. I love my CVS Family.

Went for covid booster. The staff there were very friendly and the store was neat and clean.
