Very helpful, online and in person. I forgot my card, and my product was held for me until I got back. I had a few questions and everyone was answered. They are very nice. I definitely will be coming back.

The guy that owns the shop is a great dude. He takes care of his loyal customers. I used smoke then got in to vaping a couple years ago, had a nice box mod but got out of it with the pandemic and all.

However a year and a half into this thing, and really no end in sight, working a stressful job I got back into it. I started off buying disposables then wised up and realized buying a box mod would be a huge cost saver. The great people at No. 1 Smoke Shop hooked me up with a great mod. I love this place Man and I call to say hey I might be a couple mins late, cause they close at 8:30 and I got there at 8:29 one minute before they closed and no one was there it was all Locked up, I got love for this business y’all could have just said “Na man we have to close up” than you could have saved me some gas instead of waste my time...
