Alway friendly here at The UPS Store in Torrey Hills area off Ocean Air dr. I come here for all my UPS shipping and tracking boxes. Looks like they have other services besides packing , mailboxes and printing. It's an Amazon return store too. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out.

Great new UPS store, the employees are helpful and joyful. Service is quick. Amazon returns accepted here. This store is by Bank of America, not by Vons, so please be aware.

I had a very pleasant experience working at this store.
I am coming back to review it because I recently had a horrible experience with FedEx, who apparently think $1200 is child's play and lost my laptop in shipment. While I worked here, customers had issues, but there was nothing this serious.

Great new place in the neighborhood! Last time I dropped off UPS parcel they took a picture of Luna and now she's on the dog wall!

DISHONEST!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEIR NOTARY service, and avoid this store! If you do go in, ask for pricing for EVERYTHING at this store up front, because they are VERY dishonest, and will rip you off! I went to Postal Annex across the street by VONS to get something notarized and witnessed (employee/witness signature on the page). They charge $15 each notarized paper, have used them before, great service there. However, a "witness"/another employee was not in at P.A. until later in the day, so I had to go to this newly opened UPS store and was quoted $15 each notarized paper too. I also specifically told her that I needed witness signatures on my papers. So I come in with my papers 1 hour later, only to be told this at final check: "oh ya, we ALSO charge $7.50 for EACH employee/witness signature." So now I know why the notary didn't want to sign as a witness as they always do at other notary places! It was only so that she could charge me $30 extra just for the other TWO employee signatures on two papers ($7.50 x 4). I complained about this HIDDEN CHARGE at check out, she just made excuses, and did NOT remove these bogus charges. A professional, honest business would have taken OFF the extra $30 for witness signatures ($7.50 x 4 in my case) since this was NOT quoted to me when I asked specifically asked "how much?" Had she been honest, and said "we charge $7.50 for witness signature", I would have waited a few hours, and just gone to P. Annex instead!
