The absolute nicest and kindest employees. Come in knowing absolutely nothing about the product I needed. The cashier assisted, and when needed more info regarding the product, he asked someone in the cosmetology section to come and assist instead of just leaving me to figure it out. These two were proof that amazing customer service and compassion is very much still alive. Thank you so much for your kindness and help 💕

I've never encountered this friendly service before i got out late from the hospital and made it 10 minutes before closing times and he helped me even though they were about to close then to make my experience even more awesome when it came time to pay i was 2 dollars short the pharmacist took money out if his pocket to pay for my prescription i wish i would have remembered his name so i could commend him in public. I've never had anything like this happen before I've been denied a prescription 75 minutes before closing time and for being short a few cents. Really do recommend this particular walgreens not always walgreens pharmacist are this friendly specially salem ones.

Walgreens is located in the parking lot next to the building i work at and is a convenient place to get a fast lunch, snack, beverages, not to mention medications, cologne, perfume, it's like Walmart thrown into a small store. The staff are very friendly and willing to help you out with all your questions.

I've only had great experiences with this pharmacy. Make sure to call and see if your order is ready though. Very friendly and helpful p.s. I have only used the drive through

Very helpful and profesional pharmacists and clerks. I use the drive thru pharmacy exclusively. These folks don't lose prescriptions, call if delayed, and have a webservice that accurately reflects order status. They are my goto place for both new prescriptions and 90 day refills.

Very friendly and helpful for the most part. In the past year I've only encountered one rude employee. Some of the employees are not extremely knowledgeable about product and services, but what they lack in knowledge they make up for by trying hard. That counts a lot to me. And while I'm here I'd like to make three points:
1. Online store hours and recorded message should explain the pharmacy is closed for lunch daily between 1 and 2 PM and sometimes later. This is important because many in this area drive an hour to get there and sometimes a customer needs to speak with the pharmacist before making the trip.
2. They should school and test employees better regarding products carried and services rendered.
3. I recently found if an immunization is not covered by insurance when given at the pharmacy it is sometimes covered if given in a doctor's office. I feel the pharmacist should explain this to customers (instead of just saying it's not covered) and then the customer can choose if they'd rather go to the doctor to get the shot.

Some employees in the pharmacy can be rude and when you are feeling very ill and this is your last stop after a grueling doctor visit, that sucks. But it is the busiest place in town and another walgreens is needed. The pharmacists are very nice and helpful. Your typical walgreens with all the stuff you expect. If you smoke, cogs are less expensive there. I just wish it wasn't a 90 minute wait for prescriptions and someone at the window gave you a little smile. Need another store on the Astoria side.

It is a basic Walgreens with lots of beverage, pharmaceutical, and household items to choose from. They also have a nice selection of colognes/perfumes, a photo center, and beuty section. The employees are friendly-ish and always asking if you need assistance. That kind of attentiveness is nice in small doses.

Had an appt in the pharmacy, got in, got my booster, and good to go with no issues. This was especially nice as I happened to have been in town on vacation and I actually live a few states away.
